It will be nice to have round tables for every couple. We can sit together or if we have parteners, can leave and sit at a round one with him/her!

That sounds so fun Rina! We could fill it with some muggle candies too like Hershey Kisses and those weird heart candies that taste weird might just be an american thing :lol: maybe Acid pops too. I would candles around the room and on the tables as well and lots of rose petals as well.

So I'm working on the seating plan for the ball (no one has given me the red light for that so I assume that it's fine). What I'm thinking is that we have 'couples' side-by-side? And I'm also wondering about our locations. At the moment this is what my plan sort of looks like:

Do we want the four of us (thorn can't participate IC) spread amongst people, or are we going to be together?

Oh, and one more thing. When exactly are we planning this IC?
I love this seating plan but I agree with @Elizabeth Brown That the tables should be round, you mind If I come up with a floor plan? You guys already know I love creating stuff :lol: Ic ould create a playlist too!

Okay, hear me out. Since it is a Valentine's Day Celebration, people are likely to be doing something with their Significant Others during the day. What if we hold the celebration after dinner, for dessert? That's sort of the Valentine's thing, dessert. What do you guys think? I checked my ticket and it doesn't have a time, so...? If we don't have a set meal, I agree with Irina in saying we don't need a seating chart.

Also, I'm redoing the seating plan now, so if you see this, let me know straight away so I don't have to double post!

Sounds great! I'm glad you're open to the idea! Will this be buffet style? I think that's the best option, but up to everyone else!

As for the seating plan, do I just randomise people, or can I put people with their friends (that I know of)?

Yes for me buffet styles makes sense and is better to RP.
I’m not sure about the last question because randomising could be interesting to know new people but I know some people may don’t feel comfortable with that. So I suppose maybe friends, or at least people that you know that others are used to RP with.

I still like the dinner idea but dessert is fine too.
