Hey guys! Sorry for the tag, but just wanted to say that your characters will still receive the gift bags and gifts from the party, since they were signed up ahead of time.

This also goes for any other people who do not show, and have owled Kim and i at they will not be able to attend for a valid reason.

Baileys heart fluttered, partly from the adrenaline and partly from Kim’s words.
I will always catch you….. ahhh what??
Bailey then came to her senses, realizing that he was just being a good friend. So she smiled, and said “And if you ever need someone to fall back on- I’m here for you”
A little later, after they had opened the doors, Kim whispered in her ear that he needed something to eat. Bailey wondered if he was gonna give away the place that the main course and deserts was, and then she remembered the appetizers and little snacks they had set out around the table.
Bailey stood up on the dance floor as people were all around her, and she spoke up, making an announcement.
“Hello everyone! Thank you for joining Kim and I here today for a formal end of year party and holiday celebration! We do have some snacks and light drinks to tide you over until dinner which will be opened at 4 PM, which is in about an hour and fifteen minutes. It will be served buffet style, and your plates and utensils are already at a table, next to your name card. If you cannot find your seat placement, please ask Kim or I and we will help you find you place!”
Taking a breath, Bailey continued, saying “There is also this wonderful dance floor for you to use, and music will be turned up as soon as I finish talking.”
With that, Bailey smiled wider and finished “Again, thank you all for coming! If for whatever reason you need to leave, please remember to pick up your goodie bag and gift which are on your place setting!”
Bailey then, finished with her speech, went and turned the music on.

Earlier in the bash, Kayla had approached bailey and Kim and had showered them with complements, the thought of which made Bailey smile just thinking of them.
When Kayla had called Bailey beautiful bailey had grinned and replied “You are just as stunning, if not more. You look like you’re a fairy, and are gracing us with your beauty and grace in your presence!”

There did seem to be some commotion between some of the younger students, but bailey went to find Kim, having a few questions for him.
Bailey found Kim with two other people, Aida and Jack. Bailey walked up behind Kim, and touched his shoulder before leaning in towards his ear to whisper “I have some questions that I need to talk to you about- nothing too urgent, but find me when you’re finished here.”
Stepping Bailey Bailey smiled at the people with whom Kim had been talking and said “My apologies for the intrusion, please continue as you were.”
With a smile, and a slightly nod in their direction, Bailey turned and returned to making sure all was well and that there was no major commotion happening.

Instructions:

step one: write your entrance! We have lots planned, and set up!
step two: interact with other players! Please add on the top or bottom of your post if you are open or closed to interactions.
step three: enjoy and food and drinks and dance. There will be snacks and light drinks from 1 PM to 3:30 PM, and the dance floor will be open the entire time, with music provided.

step four: Dinner! Dinner will be served at 4 PM, or after the second or third mod post. On our posts, Kim and I will include announcements for dinner, and there are seating arrangement. I will include a floor plan, with your seating arrangement, in both a group owl, attachment on my post, and in the sign up thread.
Step five: picture booth! This is when attention will be drawn to the picture booth and more detailed instructions will be given at this time.
Step six: snow tunnel/gift exchange! The last part of the BaiKim Bash. You will go through the snow tunnel either by crawling through it to get a snowy icy experience, or by walking through it. When you emerge on the other side, there will be an area set up for you to do private/public gift exchanges. This is a time where if you've bought gifts for each other, you can do the exchange there. If you didn't, you'll be presented with a small gift from BaiKim instead. More details will be provided at this time IC.

BaiKim Christmas Celebration Bash

It was a fitting really. Ever since the Prefect decided not to go home for this year's holiday, there will be a Christmas Bash to celebrate and closed the old year. Once they heard about Bailey Glade and Kim's Sato party, just like the previous bash, Cash signed up for the event. For once Cash will not go to the bash alone. They need someone in their arms.

Someone who is cute enough to be in Cash's arms during the entire party. Someone like their good like Haley Rose. Cash never thought Haley that way. Besides the Gryffindor's Chaser had been spoken for by none other than their own cousin, Verona Andréas. Cash has eyes and it would be a lie if Cash said Haley was not beautiful in her own way.

The last time both the third and fourth year spoke to each other it feels like ages ago. And so, with the bash finally happening today, Cash felt like the occasion was a good fit to catch up with the other Quidditch player. And thus, once they signed up for themselves, Cash told Haley about the bash hoping the other girl will signup too.

Cash lost track of time since they overslept. Between doing their homework, as usual, they had stayed up all night. So when the holiday rolls in, Cash will be unburdened by the thought and weight of unfinished homework and they could roam the castle free. And when the green eyes opened their eyes again, Cash knew the party upstairs will be already in full swing.

The young socialite then took a quick shower and put on their bash assemble. For once they took down their Prefect badge and go with a more casual approach. They had combed their shoulder-length hair sleek back and put some hair glitter on their light brown hair. So when the light from the party falls down on their hair, their hair will shimmer.

They put on their bash outfit assembles as quickly as possible and when they are about to leave their dorm room, they adjust their light blue bowtie that is a bit unskewed into the right place. Once Cash deemed themselves presentable enough, they marched towards where the bash will take on. A few treks later, their feet landed on the entrance of the Christmas Bash.

From where they were situated, Cash could hear chatter, laughter, and music coming from the room. Although they are tempted to go inside the room alone, they will wait for their (friendly) for today's event. With standing straight and both of their arms behind their back - like how a true gentelman behaves -, Cash will wait patiently for Haley Rose's arrival.

When the redhead arrived, Cash will offer their arm to be linked with the younger girl and if somehow Haley stood them up, Cash will walk into the room alone and ooze with confidence.

There had been a lot going on lately, the other schools were visiting Hogwarts, she had a wonderful date with Ronnie, her very own ball and then a Halloween Party. Actually, it was enough for her before she would leave Hogwarts and visit her parents over Christmas. She wouldn't mind a few last quiet days, but things turned out differently than expected, as they often did. And that wasn't a bad thing, on the contrary, Haley was really looking forward to it. And who would she be to turn down an invitation from the wonderful Cash. It had been far too long since the two of them had done anything alone. Even since Haley and Cash's cousin had been an official thing, the two of them hadn't spoken on their own and Haley didn't know whether to go into the situation calmly or not.

The redheaded girl took a leisurely shower and then danced around the room, packing a few things here and there in her suitcase so she wouldn't have to pack everything up at the last minute and always finding a little something here and there that she wanted to do quickly. Luckily for her, she only had to put a little curl cream in her curly waves so that the big waves fell perfectly after they had dried and she didn't need any more time for her hairstyle, otherwise she might run short. So she wore her long, curly red hair down.

Since she didn't have enough time to take care of a new outfit, she put on the blue dress she had worn to her date with Ronnie. Looking in the mirror, many fond memories of the evening came up and she smiled to herself like a girl in love. As she became aware of this, the smile disappeared and she looked into the mirror with startled eyes at her own face. "Pull yourself together Rose." She admonished herself rolling her eyes and then turned away from the mirror laughing.

Haley quickly put everything away, put on her shoes and stumbled out of her dorm. No way was she going to be late and keep Cash waiting. She smoothed the dress with her hands one last time and followed the stairs through the castle she was going to miss so much to the Ballroom. There she could already see her date for tonight and she grinned widely. She knew at that moment that she would eventually tease Ronnie about Cash being an incredible companion this evening.

"Ironwoods, you look stunning." She greeted her Slytherin friend with a wink. "I hope you didn't have to wait too long for me, please excuse me." Haley curtsied and apologised for the time Cash had to wait. Of course, it was all meant in an ironic way and she started to giggle. Also, the Gryffindor girl was sure that her date would recognise the dress and was just waiting for some comment which was highly likely to come. But for that moment, she grabbed Cash's arm and rested her head on her shoulder for a brief affectionate gesture. "I'm so looking forward to tonight with you." She released her head again and nodded towards the door, "Shall we?"

It was the last day of school before the long break, and he was looking forward to it. He was going to spend time with his family and friends and catch up on some rest. But first, he was going to have some fun. He had been invited to the most spectacular Christmas party of the season, organized by Bailey and Kim, at this most lovely time of the year. He obviously did not want to miss it.
 
Ethan straightened his white coat and made sure his hair was in place before walking into the ballroom. He wanted to look his best, especially since he would be meeting new people. As soon as he entered the ballroom, he saw Bailey and Kim. He greeted them both warmly, “Good day to you both.” He looked around the ballroom and saw that it was decorated very nicely. He said, “This looks like a very nice event.”
 
He scanned the room, taking in all the new faces. He saw a lot of people he didn't know, but he also saw a few familiar ones. He saw the Quidditch captain, Pax, across the room, and he waved to them. “Pax! It's good to see you! I didn't know you would be here.” He walked past the host and bid farewell before making his way over to Pax.

"Incredibly small?" smirked Ayuna, raising an eyebrow playfully, "Are you sure about about that?" The girl smiled slightly and eyed Lucas cheekily, "Although I must say, you've finally admitted that you were wrong as well." Her grin returning, the girl giggled and said, "Incredible accidental thievery? When did you learn to use such long words like that?"

Suddenly noticing some lollipops on the table, the girl squealed and grabbed some, all pineapple. It wouldn't take a genius to tell that she absolutely loved sweets, from the wide grin shining on her face. It was hard to keep such a candy loving girl like Ayuna away from sweets, especially pineapple flavored lollipops. "Would you like one?" she asked smiling at Lucas, "It is real sweet!"

She blushed a shade of light rose when Lucas pulled a seat out for her to sit. He was so...... gentleman-like, and made Ayuna smile so very shyly and blush even more. Lowering herself into the seat, she placed her coral pink purse on the table when- A gray furry ball scampered out of the bag and onto her hand, squeaking sheepishly.

"Hardy?", the girl asked, folding her arms and looking at her pet with a sigh, "I did tell you not to come here." She looked at Lucas apologetically, "Sorry about that. Anyways, meet my pet - Hardy!" When the rat's name being said, Hardy squeaked and did a cute cartwheel, showing off his skills. "Showing off again?" Ayuna asked, her grin returning and ruffling the rat's fur, "Such a vain little one. Always showing off in front of others." She said to Lucas, "Still, he is really cute, isn't he?"

Cupping her rat into two hands, the girl replied, "Nope, I've never been to a party." Her face suddenly fell at the thought of it, "Not even a birthday one. This is my first time attending a party and having so much fun." Her face brightened a bit and she asked, "Have you been to any parties before this one?"

Pandora smiled. Gabriel wondered how much redder her face would be when she kissed her again. She felt very hot now. She had never thought of anything like this in her life.

"I-I don't know what to say. S-so I-I don't know. But I like this feeling. Good thing I stopped you at that library."

Was she stuttering? She felt sweaty. If she hadn't stopped, would they still meet up? Was it love? She didn't know. But she knew there was something she wanted. That's when she heard Bailey's voice. She didn't know when she had arrived, but she couldn't believe it had been that long. She looked Gabriel. Should she offer to dance, or would Gabriel? or would it never happen? She shook her head, trying to break away from these thoughts.

"What do you want to do?"

She was not good at dancing. In other words, he couldn't dance. But Gabriel could try if she wanted to. She smiled involuntarily as she broke out of her thoughts. I hope Gabriel didn't get it weird she thought. I wonder what he's thinking right now, he said to herself. She could see an emotion in his eyes and that was happiness.

Bailey watched as Cass and Haley entered, arms entwinded. Bailey smiled, it was nice to see the variety of people that were showing up.
a bit later, Bailey glanced at the clock, and saw that it was approaching 3:30 PM, which was when the snacks and appetizers would be taken away.
Bailey took the trays of food, one by one and took them to the back. Kim seemed to be a bit busy, but she would be able to move all of them by her selves.
at least Kim is still here and has not totally exited the party... he better not leave me all alone
Bailey then went to find Kim. She found him, and noticed that Taisu was sobbing, latched onto Kim. Bailey knelt down, and gave Taisu a quick hug.
Looking into the younger boy's eyes, she said softly "Heyyy... it's alright, there is no reason to cry - unless these are happy tears"
Bailey cracked a joking smile, and then continued. "why don't you come with me, and help me drag Kim to the back to make sure all of the food is ready for dinner? And then you get first dibs on food, and the deserts!!!"
Having done what she could to help make Taizu feel better, Bailey stood up and told Kim "we need to make sure everything for dinner is ready, and then we can take down the walls or move the walls, and have dinner start. I invited Taizu to help us, it will be nice to have an extra pair of eyes and hands- plus i trust Taizu as much as i trust you, and as much as i trust coco as well!"
Bailey's conversation with Kim would easily be overheard by Taizu, which Bailey did not mind.
Bailey then went to check on all of foods and such, and hoped Taizu and especially Kim would follow - Bailey needed more eyes to make sure everything was perfect.
After assuring herself all was perfectly in place, Bailey dragged Kim to the front in the middle of the room, to announce dinner. Bailey pointed her wand at the ceiling and cast the green sparks charm, "Verdimillious!" to get everyone's attention.
Once everyone was paying attention, Bailey would speak, announcing dinner and such.
"hello everyone for joining us here today!!!" Baileys started.
"As it is now 4 PM, it is now dinner time! After Kim and i reveal dinner i ask that you make orderly lines to get food, and not to make this too chaotic. Your utensils and plates are by your name tags, on each of the tables. If you cannot find you name, please come find Kim or I and we will help you find your place.
After you finish your dinner, there is a desert table, and the dancefloor and music will still be on! Enjoy!"
Finishing her speech, Bailey went to move the wall away to reveal the tables of food. There was a large variety of food, anywhere from a traditional English Christmas roast to sushi to many types of salad, and other sides. The desert table had a huge cake, and many other pies and cookies and puddings and deserts!
After everyone else had gotten food, Bailey filled her plate and sat down to eat dinner.

"Yeah, incredibly small sounds about right." He continued to grin, shifting around in his seat to find a comfortable sitting position. "But you know, I figured if I'm going to be a gentleman today, then I should probably accept that I was probably a little wrong in that.. Clash." That day was not one of his finest, he could see that much in hindsight.

"Uh.." He hesitated for a moment as she offered a lolly, glancing over towards them for a moment. "Sure, I'll try one." He reached over, grabbing a red lolly which he hoped was strawberry. He wasn't big on sweets normally, more of a chocolate guy, but he might as well try some if they were right there. As he took a lick off his lolly, he let out a very overdramatic sigh, looking down at it. Cherry. Of course it was Cherry.

"Oh, wow." He muttered to himself as something grey darted out from Ayuna's purse and onto her hand. Just as he was about to ask if she knew a rat had hidden in her purse, she exclaimed it's name. He watched their little interaction with a small smile, sourly regretting not having bought a pet of his own, but he could always try and get one if he went home for easter, or perhaps he could beg his parents in the summer.

"Cute rat." He reached out slowly, trying to gently stroke at Hardys head if Ayuna allowed him to.

"Good that your having fun." He nodded. "But, yeah, I have been to other parties. My parents used to drag me along to all these parties or like formal balls, or whatever, with their friends or some extended family, but those weren't all that fun, more annoying than anything actually."
