I will start on a playlist for the dance. Since Taisia is a pureblood and there aren't that many wizarding world songs actually mentioned, the ones from our world will be from her sister, who is a squib. I will plan a mix of romantic ones and non romance so people can dance however they want
Oh and are you planning on starting a draft seating plan soon @Elizabeth Brown? If you don't want to make the seating plan, I would love to!

I had another idea for fun, can we have a heart piñata? The winner would receive a mix of candies. We can choose a number like: 32 and the first person getting that number on the roll would be the winner?

Are we going to be sitting at the 'main' table with our dates, or just spread across the table? Personally I prefer the second one because it doesn't really seem fair to make our dates sit up at the 'committee' table.
And Elizabeth is there a closing date for the sign ups? I suggest we do it sometime in the next week?
Also do we want dates sitting across from each other or beside? I can work around either.

Sorry for triple posting but it's been a day and no one has posted here so I have to!

So I'm working on the seating plan for the ball (no one has given me the red light for that so I assume that it's fine). What I'm thinking is that we have 'couples' side-by-side? And I'm also wondering about our locations. At the moment this is what my plan sort of looks like:
Do we want the four of us (thorn can't participate IC) spread amongst people, or are we going to be together?
Oh, and one more thing. When exactly are we planning this IC?

I'm not sure if I understood correctly, but we are going to sit with our dates right? I don't want to be sitting away from my date!
Another thing, we will have a ball, so we all will be dancing right? I'm just imagine people arriving and they will want to talk and interact with their friends/enemies etc...so uh...sitting them on the table with a marked seat I don't know how that would work or if it's not pointless... because we know people will not stick with their seat during all the event!
About the date, I was thinking on 17 or 18 feb.

Yes, there will be dancing, but Elizabeth mentioned making a seating plan so I'm guessing we'll be serving a meal of some sort? Maybe I'll go with circular tables or something intead?
