Since you're a first year you can't send actual money, so you have to send potato peelings.
Purchase the amount of potato peelings Pei told you the price of the item you want is.
Click here to obtain the potato peelings from the shop.
Then, go into your trunk by hovering over your profile in the top right hand corner.
Click the trunk.
Go to 'ingredients' and select the potato peelings you just bought.
Make sure you note the amount of ingredients and select the amount you want to give.
Click 'give' and the address book will pop up.
Write in Opeila's name and put 'name of item goes here' into the message and click 'send'/'give'.
