Go to your common room, to the right of the pencil icon that says 'new' there should be 10 sickles with a silver dot. Click it and you get your scholarship money. If there's a clock and a # there it means at the end of that time the 10 sickles should pop up again for you to claim!

Ugh, I still have to wait 1 more hour for mine.
