I just thought about actresses who fitted my description and Jen does so that's her! Only problem is, there aren't too many photos of her where she actually looks young!
I'm totally considering using Xavier Thorpe as my inpc fc. I'd use him as Xavier Thorpe though, not percy because when I search Percy it doesn't come up with many photos with him with long hair.
@Thorn Cullen, Angelina Jolie has a couple of gothy photos when you search her up. I don't know if they are your style but you might like them?
