How much stats can you have? like what can they add up to?

35 for a normal human. I think it's 30 for a person with talent/race.

However to apply for the talent/race you have to do it within a month after being sorted/validated.

Yup. 35 for normal human. 30 for someone who wants to apply for a special rare talent or special race.

1) I normally read or call friends
2) Cookies and milk, but if I dont have that chocolate.
