Alright, that'd make sense.

It has nothing to do with timezone, the homework will unlock 240 hours after you were validated, not on the 10th, but 11th day, after 10 days have passed.

I registered on Feb 11th but I wasn't validated until Feb. 19th.

So would it be based off my registration date listed on my profile (Feb 11th) aka when I joined the site, or would it be based off my validation date (Feb 19th)?
