Lucas seems surprised at her answer. "Really? Don't you think Transfiguration or DADA are much more interesting?"

"Th-They're fine..." Honestly, she didn't mean to start a whole debate over which classes are better than others. She finds most of her classes interesting, even Defense Against the Dark Arts. That one really tests her nerves, learning about all those dark spells and creatures.

Her eyes widen slightly when Lucas opens to the page on werewolves. Maybe it's because she's read that section so much recently that it automatically opens to that part. She can't say she doesn't shiver a little thinking about them.

Lucas scowls, uttering a very forceful negative remark. "Disgusting creatures." It's the same tone her family uses when talking about them. As far as Dora knows, werewolves are sick wizards with murderous tendencies. They can't really help it after being infected, and while some of them do the right thing and lock themselves up every full moon, a lot of others roam free and spread the disease to more people. She's heard students say that some even live in the forest outside Hogwarts...

It's awful and tragic that it can't be cured. Dora can't imagine what it might be like to be cursed like that, to go from a normal human to a monster.

Lucas smirks when she asks for her book back, holding it tauntingly. "Take it back then, Dizzy."

Her brow knits together, the nickname jabbing at her hurtfully. She can't stay here any longer, no matter how polite she's supposed to be. She impulsively takes the book back from his hands and mutters, "I'm sorry, I have to go. Pardon me." before walking quickly past him.

"More than fine.." He muttered, frowning slightly at her dismissive attitude around the two subjects he had any kind of passion for. He actually took more offence than he cared to admit from it, but beyond the frown, he held his normal demeanour fairly well.

As her eyes widened, Lucas frowned, having noticed it out of the corner of his eyes, before looking back down at the pages. Maybe he was missing something, or simply over thinking, but it seemed a strange reaction for him looking at the page. Probably nothing, though, he cast his thoughts back to werewolves with a frown.

Disgusting creatures? Yes, absolutely. Should he pity them? Again, absolutely. It was a strange thought for him to have about a race that could rip his head off with ease, but he found them somewhere between pathetic and disgusting. He hated their existence, and yet pitied them, as many hated themselves as much as he hated them, and none had asked for the curse. Strangely, that caused him to briefly glance up at Isadora, his attitude having completely dropped. She'd never actually done anything to him, he just assumed he should't like her.

"Huh.." He muttered, oddly self aware as she snatched the book from his hand. He paid no attention to her as she scurried off, just thinking back on his own actions.
