New Friend Found PV: Thorn Cullen Closed

Xaivier gets a bit excited once receiving help, although he hides the fact, nervous being excited over such a little thing would scare her off. ”What do you like reading? Personally I like horror.” The girl he follows asks. He thinks briefly, and then he responds with, “Realistic fiction, specifically when written by muggles. I like to see the point of view for them, it helps me understand how they live their life, without magic, you know? Also I don’t mind their take on fantasy. Some of it is just our realistic in a very dramatic way.” He states, shuffling his feet around nervously, hoping that he may make a new friend. He grips his stack of books close, as he looks for more books on the shelves she brought him to. “I’m Xaivier. Xaivier Rankus. What is your name?” He asks, trying his very best to be as polite as possible. He finds a book and adds it to his stack before turning back to the girl who had just helped him out. He uses one arm to carry all his books and the other one to mess with his hair. He bites his tongue so he doesn’t say anything more than what he has already said.


OOC//Sure, that’s be nice! I’m fairly new to the site, so I don’t know all of the different things I can do (Add pictures, change font color, etc) so I’m just roleplaying until I can manage to hit 200 words easily and then worry about things like that

“I’m Cullen, Thorn Cullen. I trust you’ve heard of us” Thorn replies to his question. Xaivier nods slowly. “Yes, I have heard of the Cullens before. There are many, and some have done great things. Nice to meet you.” He responds. “So any book recommendations or any hobbies you like besides reading?” he gets asked. “I’m not sure what kind of books you would like, so I don’t have any recommendations.” He thinks hard about the second question. He says the wrong thing and he might get judged. Then he figured, “Eh, what difference would it make if she does judge me for it.” so he told the truth. “And I like sewing and sketching. With sewing I usually make stuffed toys. I made one of my cat back at home, and some of hamsters and bears and stuff. And usually sketch portraits of my parents and animals. I can draw a portrait of you if you want.” He says, then beginning to bite at his nails nervously. He never opened up to anyone, even if just about books and hobbies. He would occasionally vent to his cat Socks, but she was an animal, so she can’t judge him any more than every other cat you can find on the street. He never had friends, and he thought his parents would never understand. He had more hobbies, but they sounded even more nerdy. “What hobbies do you have?” He asks suddenly.

“Well besides sewing and drawing, I also love archery! How about in exchange for drawing me, I can teach you how to shoot an arrow!” Thorn says enthusiastically, with nearby people shushing her, but just getting ignored by the duo. Xaivier smiles widely. “Yes, that sounds great, if you’re willing to teach me.” He says, thoughts going wild, happy he might finally have a friend. “Also I can teach you how to make a stuffed toy. I made mine because my cat back home couldn’t come with me. It’s quite simple, really.” He grins even wider, hoping she was still comfortable with him getting excited over making a single friend. His attention gets set on a random book that looks interesting to him. He grabs it, hoping Thorn was looking away, because he was embarrassed by the fact that at times, a random book simply stands out to him. And then it led to a chain of picking up random books, until his stacks was to large to carry, and it fell over with a large CRASH! All eyes were on Xaivier. He usually would direct attention away from him, so this made him very uncomfortable. After a moment he quietly asked, “A little help here?”
