character idea, small amount of inspo taken from HP:
Her parents were a witch and a wizard (her mom being a parselmouth) and they didn't think she should grow up surrounded by magic because it wouldn't teach her good morals (bad idea with good intention trope!) because she could just use magic for everything, so her mom left her with a friend who knew about everything!
