Obviously I could be wrong, but- as long as your faceclaim is not anyone from the Wizarding World- you'll be fine.

You can't have a faceclaim of anyone from Sorcerer Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix, Half Blood Prince, Deathly Hallows, Fantastic Beasts, Crimes of Grindewald, or Secrets of Dumbledore. Oh yeah and Cursed Child. (I'd go as far as including Puffs too but 07)

They're already in the wizarding world- and have been in history of the wizarding world. Some have also been arrested and put in azaban- like Harry Potter. Some have died. Some are extremely old- if they're from the 1918's (The Fantastic Beasts series.)

Its pretty much common sense thats why I usually see people with their faceclaim being drawn, or with generated images. Or- as a celebrity. Flashback to all the Mackenzie Foy last year o.o
