The knight's sword

Stephen is crouching behind the wall separating the corridor of the director's office from the other corridors on the floor. He has a big smile on the face and he is chuckling with the hand before his mouth. The idea that he is investigating to discover the Headmaster's secret amuses him very much. Since he seen Solomon Lear in the Great Hall, Stephen wants to understand why the man is so... frightening and why he wears an armor. Stephen is certain that the man is a knight. He wants to see him with his knight's sword to prove it! And with this adventure, Stephen thinks he is like the hero in his books... Impressive and beautiful.
Stephen starts to feel good in Hogwarts. He talks with the other students, he plays with them and sometimes he forgets that he miss his mum Ingrid and mommy Katherine. The lessons are very busy, he has a lot of homeworks: he hates it. It is so hard to work : he would prefer to play and read novels every days. His wand doesn't want to cast spells, Stephen is very frustrated. He doesn't understand that the problem is not his wand but him: magic is so cool... But not if he has to work to learn.
So when he has free time, like today, Stephen prefers to visit castles or solve mysteries. Even if the mysteries are not really mysteries.
Hidden behind the wall, Stephen looks in the direction to Headmaster office. He is not paying attention to the people who could come behind him and who could ask what he is doing.

The knight's sword
Oliver had taken it upon himself to explore more of the castle, to see what lay inside of its walls for it to offer. His father told him how the school itself had hallways, and secrets that no wizard has seen in years, and it could take lifetimes for a single wizard to see them all, and that just piqued his interest, for trying to find any of these secrets at all. Oliver wanted to find a secret room, or discover a corridor that hadn’t been used in a while, but the adventure itself was going to be worth it regardless. Oliver figured that he would stick with the halls and corridors that students were allowed in, and were not deemed dangerous or off limits to students, and figured it was best to stick to normal halls, at least for now.
Oliver found himself inside of one of the corridors on the second floor of the school, he was looking around to see if he saw anything out of the ordinary, but he didn’t exactly know what out of the ordinary would be for a school filled with magic and magical items. Moving sets of armor, talking portraits, phasing ghosts, they were all out of the ordinary for him, or at least when he lived in the muggle world. All this weird and exciting stuff was normal and common in a palace like this, and it was things he was going to need to get used to, and get used to fast.
Oliver found himself in a corridor near the Headmaster’s office, when he turned a corner and saw another student, ducking down to the side of one of the walls. This intrigued Oliver and slowly and quietly snuck up behind him, to see what he was up to. “What are you doing?” He asked suddenly, hoping to startle the kid a bit. Oliver spoke with a big smirk on his face. “Why are we creeping around the Headmaster’s office?” He asked the other boy.

A small, embarrassed cry crosses his mouth when he hears the voice. Stephen turns slowly and blushes when he sees the boy who watches him. A familiar boy! A Gryffindor, like him. Stephen forgets his fear of being discovered. The boy is smirking: it means that he is kind, right? Stephen is too innocent to think that anyone could to be bad with him. He thinks that if he is friendly, the other will be too. And it is easier for him to believe that the students at Hogwarts want to be his friends like he want to be their friend.
Stephen stands up, being careful not to be seen from the headmaster's office.
"I'm not creeping," he exlaims with a big innocent grin. "I'm investigating, that's different."
He wrinkles his eyes, looking at the boy from head to feet. Can he trust this student?
"Hey guy," he whispers. He takes a step towards the boy. "Can you keep a secret? An important secret. Really... You must swear you won't say a-ny-thing!"
He looks the other very seriously. He would like to be impressive but he knows that he is too small for that.
"Really" he insists. "It's really important."
Stephen likes to exaggerate.
