Setting up for the BaiKim Christmas Ball Bash
Bailey and Kim had had an idea, for a Christmas Ball before everyone left for the holidays. And being who she was, Bailey had put everything she had into planning and preparations for this party.

Bailey woke up on the day of the party, december 22. She quickly changed into a sweatshirt and sweatpants with some sneakers - simple, easy to move in. Then she went down to breakfast and filled a small basket with some pastries. Back in her dorm Bailey unbraided her hair, so it fell in loose waves. She did a simple blue and silver sparkly eye look, and some blush and lip gloss.
With her makeup finished, Bailey grabbed all of the things she had prepped with Kim for the party, and her outfit.
Bailey loved the outfit, a blue and white dress with blue heels and a blue wrap. She had some blue earing that would go perfectly with it, and a hair clip that was gorgeous. All of that was ready to go, and Bailey grabbed everything she needed. Her gown, the jewelry and shoes, her tote bag of decorations, her wand and water bottle.
Bailey made her way down to the ballroom, where she set everything down. Taking out the bag of balloons she started filing them with air.
The Basket of pastry’s were on the table with her stuff, for her and Kim to share.
Bailey had all of the balloons blown up and had started assembling them into the balloon arch when Kim showed up.
Bailey paused her work to go hug Kim and tell her her ideas and what her plan was.
Hugging Kim, Bailey let go to start pointing things out and explaining.
It was still early, 7:20 in the morning, but bailey was fully awake and conscious. Kim, on the other hand, was NOT a morning person.
“There’s a basket of pastry’s over there for you for breakfast!” Bailey said, with a smile hoping that would wake Kim up.
She then pointed out where the three tables would go, the dance floor, the snow tunnel, and the balloon arch over the entrance door.
“I have the balloon arch almost done, and between the two of us we can move the three table. Do you want to see the diagram I have for seating and for the general plan for the room? I have some inspirations picture as well!”permission to God mode bailey moving the tables and setting up given to Kim

Bailey finished up the balloon arch, and set it up over the door.
next up on her to do list was to move the tables, and Bailey needed Kim's help for this one. Bailey lifted one side of one the tables, and Kim held the other. Together they carried the tables to where the wanted them to be.
Bailey and Kim then worked on the rest of the setting up - the snow table, the camera photo booth. Kim had a wizard's camera from his parents, and the potion to develop the pictures as well!
"once we have out outfits on we should take a test picture!!!" Bailey called across the room to Kim.
Bailey covered the tables with light gray table cloths, and then added the decorations - candles, lanterns, silver trees, and the place settings for everyone. The chairs also had a light grey cloth tied on the back, as added decoration.
behind the three tables, Bailey and Kim put up a fake wall, and behind it they set up a buffet table of food. They had a literal feast behind the walls, and when it came time to eat, they would move the wall out of the way, and the feast would be revealed.
With everything set up, Bailey went to her dorm to change.Bailey exits thread. This thread will be continued in the first posts of the official ball thread.
