Lol but prefects wouldn't give people who didn't break the rules detention, sometimes the rulebreakers can even talk their way out of getting detention from them depending on how the prefect feels at the time. If Kim ever got caught for something and given detention, Bailey wouldn't get it unless she was an active participant too. Plus how could anyone give Bailey detention?!
