A light of sliver had hit her torso. The feeling of tickling, instantly itched all over her body but concentrated at her stomach where it had contacted first. The girl rolled over with fits of giggles. Emma's spell honestly wasn't as bad as the first time she had had the spell cast on her in the Rictusempra Tag. She was grateful when Max, the first victim in the way of the werewolf's wrath, had not pulled up his wand and cast another spell on her. She already was could barely take the one Emma had gave her. She was sure the girl was enjoying the sight of her writhing around in laughter. It was obvious that Emma didn't like her, nor did she like Emma.
It had been a few minutes until the torturous feeling faded of. She gasped for air, out of breath from all the laughing. Once she calmed down, she just laid on the ground, hearing the others who have survived the night discuss about who should be sentence to death next. They had finally took her advice and accused the beggar. Aurelia's lips twisted into a scowl, she was upset that they had only took her words into consideration when she was dead. They were just that stubborn.
Finally, the sun hung itself slightly above the horizon. It was one for the beggar to die. With a flick of his wand, Proffesor Lear had casted the spell. There was no way in hell that she was going to cast a spell at a professor. She glanced towards the other two, wordlessly questioning if they’d wish to cast the spell instead.

Emma had been shocked that the beggar had been called out to die. She had been first, followed by Max, Aurelia, and now the very on Potions Master. She had waited and waited for the next victim to be sentenced to death, and as callous as it had sounded, she was actually looking forward to casting the spell again. Her first attempt had been faint.
She readied her wand to cast the spell again, no emotions were there to block her mind, neither to distract herself. As she lifted her wand, and stopped and stared at Aurelia. It didn't make it better that she had not cast the incantation herself.
"Aurelia, cast the spell," the brunette said, her voice stern as she lowered her wand. She didn't care if the Gryffindor didn't have the courage to cast the spell, She sighed before speaking again. "Would you stop being a coward for once in your life and cast the bloody charm! It's not going to last long, and it'll all be over with, it's a professor." She said, deliberately provoking her. Although most of her words had been false, it still felt a little good to release them into the air.

Aurelia watched as the other brunette lifted her wand towards the proffesor. Was she out of her mind? But Emma had hesitated and had tilted her head in her direction. She began to speak.
Had she really just called her a coward. Well, if she was a coward then Emma was a crazy maniac with enough balls to even point a wand at a profesor. Even then, she had just called her a coward. She had called a Gryffindor a coward. Who in the right mind had the guts to cast a spell at the all too stern professor Valtome?
Aurelia rolled her eyes as she pulled her wand out, as if to say it wasn’t a big deal to be casting at a profesor when she was actually screaming in the inside. Like Emma said, she just had to get it over with.
She tightened her grip on her wand slightly. Tilting it so to ensure it hadn’t the slightest chance of missing. She waved it. “Rictusempra,” she breathed. Then she slipped the wand back into her pocket and crossed her arms, glaring coldly at Emma as if to say, your turn. Had she really the guts to do it?

Emma had to admit, it was foolish to call a Gryffindor a coward, but it would have only lasted a while. Surely the potions master must have had some form of resistance. The spell clearly wouldn't have as much as an effect on the professor as on a mere student. She doubted that the beggar would feel anything, but if so, it'd be nothing gut-wrenching.
It was an amazing opportunity to learn the spell, and she wasn't going to miss the chance to practice it without the fear of getting into deep trouble. More or less to use it on a professor, on a regular basis, it would unquestionably be prohibited.
She watched as her enemy rolled her eyes and lifted her wand as if it were nothing. If it really were nothing, why didn't she just cast the incantation in the first place? Raising her wand from her side, she pointed towards the professor feeling the slightest bit of guilt in the back of her head. Listening to her own advice, she thought nothing about her future-affecting grade.
"Rictusempra," she said, ignoring the glance of Aurelia. Sliding the wand back into her robes and turned to the brunette and narrowed her eyes, exhaling aloud.

Another person is getting killed, but now Day is almost upon them and hopefully they won't kill an innocent right now. They need to stay alive.

Jerking awake from a nap he hadn't realized he'd been taking, Max shot Lear a dirty look - he felt like he'd been threatened somehow, and though he'd been asleep and hadn't heard it... It would've been the Head of Hufflepuff. Without a doubt. It didn't matter how much everyone preached about how 'oh Hufflepuffs are so nice and sweet', or 'they're loyal and play fair with people' - Solomon Lear was a terrifying, sadistic figure who wouldn't hesitate to tickle a student to death.
"If that's how you want to play it then, you codgy old coot," Max muttered as he lifted his wand. He was half-tempted to 'accidentally' hit the professor and might've done so if he wasn't certain that the consequences would be unpleasant. He'd have to settle for taking down the old man's colleague instead, and he'd relish doing it to his own Head of House for the sole fact that he had something of a vendetta against the adults of the school. Rolling his eyes at the dramatics of the girls, who seemed to think it might be a bad idea to offend the half-elf, he neatly waved his want without a moment's hesitation to layer on a fourth tickling spell with a breath of "Rictumsempra."
"There’s something brittle in me that will break before it bends."

The children were if nothing else compliant. Good. Pointy ears needed a bit more cheer in his life. He was happy to help.
It would appear that the wolves were winning, they were picking off the others one-by-one. As the darkness gave way to the light, the shadows would soften their hold and they would hear a raucous laughter belonging to none other than DECEMBER HALE. The priestess was dead and most certainly was not a werewolf.
Solomon muttered a single word once more -- "Rictumsempra."
That would mean that among the six that remained, at least one of them was a wolf in sheep's clothes. "Demember Hale, mauled to death last night... her screams likely the cause of your fitful sleep." It was getting dangerous for the wolves as well, it was not the villager's turn and they still outnumbered the wolves. There were fewer innocents to send to the gallows now as well. "It is time once again to look among your supposed peers and determine if a traitor is among you. There is at the very least one. That much you know." He reminded them, hoping that soon enough they would catch onto the lesson plan. This one was not a trademark Huffle lecture. If not, there would always be next time.

And just like that, another one had fallen. The defiant priestess.
Anatole rolled his shoulders back, trying to remain calm as the wolves were certainly closing in. "I got Lorelai as innocent, a Muggle." It was a quick, brief statement, but hopefully it would get these others chatting again.

The priestess had died. Now they were getting killed off they needed to restrain from voting an innocent so they would outnumber the werewolf by a lot.
