I mean husband's mother has diabetes too but she still eats chocolate...

She probably eats more than she should too...

But I think as with everything, if you have some in very small amounts you can probably handle it!
I may try hot chocolate again but like just a sip.

Migraines suck so bad, I have them more often now that I'm getting older...

Also, I didn't know you could take steroids for migraines
I'm allergic to pretty much all the medications out there though except for Tylenol.
