Study Time
Pandora packed the necessary books, scrolls, and quills into her bag, and as she left the common room, she met the eyes of her bunny, Tia.
"No, I know what you're thinking. Don't look like that, I'm going to the library to study. And animals are not allowed in the library anyway."
Pandora left the bunny behind and left the common room. Okay, that was a bit of an exaggeration, but Tia needed a lot of attention.
The library was somehow even more crowded today. It was a normal Friday, but Christmas was approaching and the students didn't want to spend their Christmas holiday doing their homework, Pandora thought.
She found an empty table. Pandora was always the kind of girl who was open to making friends, but right now it was her homework to focus on.
She put her books on the table and started her lesson, thinking sometimes, crossing out some things.
She got up from the table and walked to the shelves to find another book, she needed a history book. When he comes to the date part, she sees that it is quite crowded.
When she found the book and replaced it, she was very happy to see the person who came.

He opened his notebook, making a quick note so he didn't forget, then walking towards the bookshelves. He hated the library at this time of day, all crowded and packed. He just wished he could come here in the middle of the night with a lamp and read his favorite books, without the annoyance of the other students. He browsed the shelves, getting distracted multiple times by fascinating titles. Just get the book you need, no time for distractions He thought to himself. Glancing back down at the note, he moved to the History section.
He spotted Pandora a bit of the way down the bookshelf. Forgetting his book, he shoved the note in his pocket and started towards her. He waved and smiled as she looked at him. Noticing how happy she looked to see him, he took a slight joking bow. "It's nice to see you here, luckily for me you may make this horrible library trip worthwhile." A trip to the library didn't seem so bad now that he got to see Dora after all. He looked at the book she had in her hand and reached for the not in his pocket. Glancing at the note back at the book, he saw it was the same one he needed. "You seem to have the book I need; will I need to stop you as you did me the day we met?" He smirked mockingly and pointed at the arm she held in her rage a couple weeks ago.
"You know, the time we met here wasn't exactly pleasant, I regret that but hopefully it'll be better now that I haven't been throwing dungbombs around, and well we do need the same book."

Study Time
It was as if she was having déjà vu, Pandora was bowing down in the previous meeting, now Gabriel was bowing and laughing. Pandora almost laughed:
“I'm surprised to see you here, Mr. Palmer. I think this library day will be fun. Actually seeing you around here brings tears to my eyes."
She laughed mockingly. He said that the book she was looking for was in Pandora and laughed when his business hit the waves.
"Try to stop it. But you won't succeed this time. No one can stop me from finishing these assignments. And if we went back to that time, I would still hold that arm. Because if I didn't hold that arm, this friendship wouldn't have started."
It came to mind a few weeks ago. Here he threatened to hold his arm. If she hadn't, perhaps they would never have met.
"If you don't have a fertilizer bomb with you, why don't we work together, we need the same book anyway. Do you have plans for the holiday?"
Holding the book tighter in her hand, he walked over to her desk and began to gather his things. She came to Gabriel. Mockingly
"It's an honor to study with you, Mr. Palmer."

Study Time
He laughed and looked at her admirably. "Very true I suppose, glad to hear you don't regret meeting me, can't say I feel the same." He raised an eyebrow, still smiling at her "Only joking of course, you know that." He was actually very happy he met her, even if it wasn't exactly the most pleasant first meeting. He had always had the feeling he'd seen her before, not before Hogwarts of course but before they were formally introduced. He wasn't sure why he didn't tell her he'd seen her before; they'd been friends a couple weeks. It just felt weird.
He chuckled and slightly rolled his eyes as he emptied his pockets. "No dungbombs here, I'd be happy to work together. And no.. no holiday plans, I'm staying here." He continued smiling, though he had trouble keeping the disappointment from creeping into his normal voice. He stood as she went to go get her things. He yet again bowed at her enthusiasm or mockery. He walked with her over to the table where he had his things and they sat down together.
"Well, this looks oddly boring, but it has to get done I suppose. What bout you, any holiday plans or are you also staying over the break?" He sighed as he took out his textbooks from his bag, boringly flipping over the pages. He was mostly hoping she would stay over the break. He didn't want to stay over the break, though he had no choice. A friend would make it better, but it was fine if she wasn't staying. Anyways, there was no point in thinking about it now, he was just going to enjoy the day.
"If you aren't staying over the break, atleast a nice fun study session is great before you leave. Love leanring about goblin wars and 5 million different dates that you have to memorize." He joked. He rolled his eyes and smiled, skimming the homework he had to do.

Pandora realized that Gabriel was looking at her with admiration. She didn't know why, but he felt something different about her. Something that others don't feel. She saw something different in Gabriel's eyes.

It's clear from your eyes and words that you don't want to be here at all. I think you would like to be with your family"
This time he really talked too much. When Gabriel went to get his things, she looked at the bookshelf but was actually drowned in his thoughts. She had known Gabriel in such a short time, but it was as if she had seen him before. At first she didn't care that much.
When she came back, they went to the table where Pandora was sitting. Pandora arranged her books a bit and made an empty space for Gabriel to put his books. Meanwhile, she heard Gabriel speaking, who was taking out his books.
"Unfortunately I'm going to my friend's Family New Year Celebration Party. I won't be at school."
She looked at her book for a while and realized that she didn't remember anything from the lesson. When she didn't understand anything she was reading, she turned to Gabriel with a smile.
"I'm already the fantasy loving girl, but I guess things are different when it comes to Fantastic history. Because I just realized that I don't understand anything from the lesson."

Mentioning: @Pandora SmithHe gave a slightly cold look towards her. Not on purpose, he just wasn't fond with the idea of her knowing how he actually felt. "I'm perfectly fine with staying here, eyes can be deceiving." He muttered, dropping his gaze. She wasn't wrong, he very much would like to be going home for the holidays, but she didn't need to know that.
His hopes of having a friend stay over the break was kind of crushed as he heard she wasn't staying over break. "Oh...that's unfortunate. Great for you I mean, I really hope you have fun. I'll have fun with my cousin at least." He was quite disappointed, avoiding meeting Pandora's eyes. He was happy to hear she would have fun, just the less fun for him. He could only hope his cousin Dan would be staying over the break now.
His many thoughts were shifting from home to this boring assignment. This is the most boring thing the professor could've assigned us. He rolled his eyes and laid his head in his arms atop the book. "You trying to get all your homework done before break? I would assume you wouldn't want to do it while home." He read over his assignment again and again, speaking to Dora while wondering if he really wanted to do this now. Waiting wouldn't do much harm anyways.
He grabbed into his bag, reaching for his quill, parchment and ink as he kept speaking to Dora. "If you forgot a quill or something you can ask me, I just threw whatever I wanted in here. He looked around for the librarian as he felt something in his bag. Grabbing a chocolate frog, he smirked and ripped off some of it as he offered half to Pandora. "Even food, just be careful of the librarian she can be quite a pain." He snickered as he bit into the half he had.

When Pandora saw Gabriel's gaze drop down, sHe wrote a few more sentences. She took his hand without thinking. For some reason, she had a strange feeling when she held her hand. She felt her heart speed up a little. She quickly withdrew her hand.
"Eyes are never wrong. I can understand you."
She didn't know why it still felt weird. She thought his face would turn red so he turned her head the other way.

"So what lessons are you going to do? I'm going to do the History of Magic and Potions homework. It seems like the history of magic is going to finish me off anyway. I didn't understand normal history anyway, it's more difficult when it comes to magic history."
She had talked too much, and he thought it might bother him. So she looked at the History of Magic he thought he would never understand. She put her quill and parchment before her and continued to stare blankly at the book again. That's when she saw Gabriel handing him half a chocolate frog. She took the chocolate and in a cheerful voice.
“Thanks. I wish I had something to give you."
She took her bag and looked inside to see if there was a nice dessert. But there wasn't. She was a little upset. I think he wanted to give something to Gabriel. She couldn't keep her eyes open anymore. Before she could understand anything, she had already rested her head on Gabriel's shoulder.

Mentioning: @Pandora SmithHe quickly looked up, feeling his hand enclose within Pandora's. She quickly let go, but he turned his head feeling his face get slightly hot. "Guess you caught me, you're very understanding." He didn't know why he felt the need to compliment her. Feeling like punching himself in the mouth for saying something stupid, he redirected his attention to Dora's words. There wasn't a bunch of studying getting done, but who needs to work. He took a bite of chocolate frog and took out his quill and ink.
"I was planning on doing the subjects you're doing too, actually I finished my potions, so I'll find something else to do. I have tons as well. And don't worry, no one likes history...especially History of Magic." He made a disgusted face. History of Magic was his least favorite class, yet he had to spend his free time doing it. He looked over, wondering if she was still listening. He saw her head rested on his shoulder; she was asleep.
He wasn't sure what to do. She came here to study and do work before she left, but it would be rude to wake her. Deciding to let her rest, he carefully shifted comfortably on his seat. He quickly threw the chocolate wrapper on the floor, away from his workspace and started to write his History of Magic essay. He felt bad she wouldn't be working, so he wrote some notes he thought she'd find helpful and left them in her bag. About 20 minutes had passed, it was almost dinnertime, but they could be a little late.
He finished his essay a few minutes later and quietly shut the book he was using for research. He bottled his ink and threw everything back into his bag. Trying his very best not to wake Pandora, he shifted her head off his shoulder so he could get up. He put the book randomly on the shelf and browsed through the books. He took one that looked interesting and sat back down, reading until she awoke.

You know, you would sleep, but you would think that you weren't sleeping, that's what Pandorada was experiencing. She slowly opened her eyes and found herself resting her head on the table. She looked up from the table and when she regained some sense, she wondered about Gabriel. He was relieved to see that she was next to him. She looked at him:
"Am I asleep? How long have I been sleeping? What time is it? Is it time for dinner? I couldn't do my homework. What are you reading?"
Yes, he was especially curious about the last question. He looked around and saw that the people in the library were dwindling.
"You know, I don't remember sleeping. I didn't do anything wrong did I?"
She didn't know how, but she felt her stomach hurt. She thought it was because I was sleeping.
"Classes aren't over yet. I thought it was a sleeping spell and the helper elves did it."
She started giggling. She was really awake now. But she wanted the helping spirits to do their homework.
When he looked at his homework again, he saw that he was still not in his head. Desperately she gathered her things and leaned back in her chair.

Mentioning: @Pandora SmithGabe always liked reading. Books took you to a new world, beyond reality and into your own imagination. It helped escape the real world whether it be fantasy, non-fiction or sports. Gabe's favorite genre has always been fiction though, where almost anything was possible. If you wanted to read a book about a girl eating cookies to change her size and fit through a tiny door, you could. Halfway through reading the book he found on the shelf, he heard Pandora stir.
He marked the place he stopped and looked over to her. She looked extremely confused and was asking many different questions. "Hey, hey calm down. It's half past 6, you haven't been sleeping long. I left some notes that can help you with your homework in your bag." He said, trying to answer her many questions. He raised an eyebrow at her last question. "Honestly, no idea. Some random book I found on the shelves." He shrugged, closing the book.
"We can go to dinner soon if you'd like. You must be hungry. And no, you slept peacefully." He started gathering his things as well, putting all his stuff in his bag. He chuckled when she mentioned house elves. "I don't believe I saw any break in and put you under a sleeping spell. Though technically they could've erased my memory of that." He grinned, acting as if he was trying to remember that happening.
He swung his bag over his shoulders before leaning back in his chair as Dora did. "Don't feel bad about not getting your homework done, I didn't do any either." He closed his eyes, leaning his head against the edge of the chair. He felt himself getting drowsy but sat up to avoid falling asleep. He wondered why the library made people so tired.
