You can't adjust your stats after you've already done them.
You only get one shot to do your stats.
Once they are in your trunk you can't change them ever again.
The only way you'd be able to change them would be to deactivate and make a new character.

Stat Changes: (before) sta • 5 | eva • 5 | str • 5 | wis • 5 | arc • 5 | acc • 5 (after) sta: 5 | eva: 9 | str: 5 | wis: 3 | arc: 3 | acc: 5

That's what you wrote but you can't go from having 5 in each stat to lower the 5 you have to 3. If it was possible I would want to change my stats too. I made a mistake when doing them... and I regret it but I can't ever change it now...
