Jerk!
I was having a very good day. First, I had Defense Against the Dark Arts with Professor Lécuyer and even though I learned little to nothing of what I didn’t already know, the lesson was pretty interesting regardless. And then I had Transfiguration class with Professor Aarden, and for those of you who don’t know, DADA is my favorite class followed by Transfiguration so my day was already going very well. And now with the morning classes out of the way, I was now heading off to lunch where I’d eat before going to the library to read a little bit before my next class of Charms. All of a sudden however, someone walked right into my side, knocking me over and sending my little suitcase flying across the hallway. “Ouch!” I cried at the same time as the girl that had hit me did the same. “Why’d you walk into me! Jerk.” I looked up at her and saw a look of pure hatred, and as mad as I was at the girl, I couldn’t help but start to laugh as I got up and picked my suitcase up from the ground.Ava - #ad6fac

“Oh, so I’m a jerk for not knowing that you were about to walk into me?” I said beginning to laugh again. I then changed my voice to imitate that of the girl in front of me before saying “Well of course you are, you should’ve been looking around to make sure that no one walked into you. Like, if they weren’t paying attention and bumped into you then it would be your fault for not moving out of the way!” I then changed my voice back into my usual voice before continuing “Really? That doesn’t make any sense at all, I mean, come on, what if I was looking to my left to make sure that no one would bump into me from there and therefore didn’t see you approaching from my right, huh? Whose the jerk then? Oh wait, you were looking behind you to make sure that no one would bump into you from there so it wasn’t your fault that I wasn’t paying attention to my right? Well it wasn’t my fault that you weren’t paying attention to your front either so perhaps next time, you should look in front of you to make sure that you don’t bump into anyone else.”

Jerk!
@David Howard“It’s clearly your fault! You could see me? Like, really?! Yes you’re the jerk for not moving out of the way! What, you expect me to be able to see around walls? You could’ve seen me! It’s your fault.”
Ava flexed her hands in anger. What did this guy think he had that she didn’t? She was right! He was so infuriating, and clearly five letters. W. R. O. N. G. Wrong! He changed his tone to intimidate her. Quite a bad intimidation, in her opinion it sounded nothing like her.
“It wouldn’t be your fault for not moving it would be your fault for not paying attention!”
She ignored the fact that she hadn’t been paying attention when she turned the corner.
“Absurd? Absurd! You want to talk about absurd! You’re absurd! You literally are just chilling at a corner, waiting for someone to bump into you! Clearly your fault! You. Are. The. Jerk. Like a total jerk! And then to blame it on me! So rude! It’s so annoying! I bet you have NO friends! Jerk.”
Her hair flared a bright red, sure to shock everyone in the halls who was just trying to get through. A small crowd had grown around them but no one knew who was right. Not that she thought.

“It’s clearly your fault! You could see me? Like, really?! Yes you’re the jerk for not moving out of the way! What, you expect me to be able to see around walls? You could’ve seen me! It’s your fault.” The girl flexed her hands as if getting ready to fight me and seeing that, I set my little suitcase down on bethe ground and put my hand into my robes where my wand was, just in case. “It wouldn’t be your fault for not moving it would be your fault for not paying attention!” The girl shouted. “Again, what if I was paying attention to my left, just to make sure that no one would walk into me from that side? In that case I wouldn’t’ve seen you at all. Honestly, are you okay? You’re being so absurd today.” “Absurd?” The girl asked in disbelief. “Absurd! You want to talk about absurd! You’re absurd! You literally are just chilling at a corner, waiting for someone to bump into you! Clearly your fault! You. Are. The. Jerk. Like a total jerk! And then to blame it on me! So rude! It’s so annoying! I bet you have NO friends! Jerk.” Once again, I burst into laughter as I freed my hand from my robes, completely ignoring the fact that the girls hair had turned red.Ava - #ad6fac

“Blame you for it?” I asked before continuing to laugh. “Lady, you’re the one that called me a jerk in the first place! But I suppose you’re right. I mean, only a jerk imitates a mentally disabled person just for the fun of it.” I then changed my voice to imitate the girl again and said “But I’m not a…” and then I changed my voice back before interrupting myself mid sentence. “Oh, you’re not a mentally disabled person? Well of the many people that have walked into me here at Hogwarts, you’re the first one to to ask why I walked into you so you either have some sort of mental disability that messes with your perception of reality, or you’re the jerk.” I then picked up my suitcase from the ground and turned to leave.

Jerk!
@David Howard, Ava has left the threadAva listened to him with her hands crossed across her chest. “Lady, you’re the one that called me a jerk in the first place! But I suppose you’re right. I mean, only a jerk imitates a mentally disabled person just for the fun of it.” Ava glared at him and opened her mouth to speak. How was she supposed to know this? She wasn’t a genius. This guy might as well have been, because he seemed more like a ravenclaw than a hufflepuff. Or really anything other than hufflepuff. He seemed more like a stereotypical slytherin than a hufflepuff. He sure acted like one at least. Was he really a hufflepuff, or was he disguised. Her thoughts were interrupted when he decided to mock her. “But I’m not a…” That was probably something along the lines of what I would say. He was going to finish the thought with ‘mentally disabled person’ but he interrupted himself, or her, or whatever. “Oh, you’re not a mentally disabled person?” I raised my eyebrows, wondering where he was going with this one. “Well of the many people that have walked into me here at Hogwarts, you’re the first one to to ask why I walked into you—” WHAT? He’d walked into other people, and always made them accept the guilt of having done something they probably didn’t even do. This was getting more and more messed by the second. What a literal jerk he was. Ava was about done with this conversation. “—so you either have some sort of mental disability that messes with your perception of reality, or you’re the jerk.” With that he picked up his suitcase and turned to leave. Ava just shook her head. Let him leave. She was done with this conversation, just like he seemed to be. She watched him leave, then turned on her heels to add his name to her list of people to prank.
