Her luxurious, wavy, chocolate-colored hair is usually worn in a style that is simple and neat, often letting her silky hair flow free. The young Slytherin student has a slim, feminine build. Celia has soft, peachy skin, and she stands at 4"9. She is more commonly seen wearing a simple and formal-ish outfit (often consisting of the color green), accompanied with little gold earrings at all times (unless it is against dress code). . PERSONALITY Reducio Celia is a polite young girl with good intentions. She tries to see the better side of things and be a bit cheerful, but in most situations, if not all, the Slytherin has a more sinister, cruel voice in her head countering her better, considerate thoughts. Celia can be quite clumsy at times, and doesn't let herself forget it, apologizing profusely if she ever bumps into anybody or knocks something over. Don't put that against her too much, she's really sorry, I promise! In classes, she tries her best to pay attention at her best ability and is mostly quiet during her free periods due to her trying to get her work done as best as she can. When she's doing her own thing, she prefers to spend her time reading a good book in her dormitory or in the Slytherin common room. You can also find her wandering the library, or chatting with her best friend, Eloise Featherwind and recommending books to one another. PRE-HOGWARTS Reducio Celia had a normal wizard-born life. She once resided in a different city of England, where she made one of her best friends, Eloise Featherwind. Celia had first moved to her former residence, called Stoneville, when she was about three or four. As she wasn't one of the more popular children, Celia hadn't made many friends. That's why when she met Eloise, who also didn't have many friends, she decided to introduce herself. They became fast friends, visiting each other's homes frequently. But then came the day she had to move away from Stoneville at the age of nine years old. Celia was heartbroken, leaving one of her only friends hurt her, but they both knew they had to accept it. After a while passed, Celia began to forget about Eloise, letting their 'old' (according to children timelines) memories collect dust, until they met again at Hogwarts. A year later, in her new town, Wellington, Celia often accompanied her mother on trips to Diagon Alley. The young brunette would always beg her mother to go visit Flourish and Blotts to find a good book to read. That gave Celia's mother some time to herself and to have some more peaceful shopping, but warned her daughter to always stay in close vicinity to the book shop. Celia spent her days before Hogwarts playing in her backyard with her toy broomstick. She loved setting up little obstacle courses for herself using pieces of old furniture she found in her attic. She practiced making sharp turns and being aware of what was ahead of her so that she could go very fast without injuring herself. Well, at least not too much. . FIoM Reducio Celia's first instance of magic occurred when she was 6 years old. She had accidentally cursed in front of her mother (learning this vulgar word from her father), due to the fact that she had stubbed her toe on the edge of a chair. After her mother had said that she had a filthy mouth and it ought to be washed, her furious scolding was abruptly interrupted by a rather foamy stream of bubbles flowing steadily from her jaws. It took a while for the bubbles to stop (with lots of noises of retching and running water coming from the bathroom). Celia's mother was still unhappy about her cursing, but praised her none the less for her first instance of magic. {"Hah! I escaped."}
