As she tore away her blindfold, she heard Alec casting the same spell. And by the moment she restored her orientation in space, she saw the blindfold carefully wrapping over Delilah's eyes.
"Thank you," she said to Alec, smiling.
This was good. And they had mere seconds to utilise the situation in the best way possible. Something of a smirk has slipped out, probably unnoticed by anyone.
"Let's try something," was a lone voice in her head. Others kept silence.

She missed her own target, but shortly after her impediment was removed by the lovely Eun-ji, she was hit with a blindfold. She couldn't hold herself back from going "Oh for f-" But stopping herself because she didn't want any spectators to get mad at her colourful language.

Blue in English, Red in KoreanAlright, well this round was pretty much wasted. While she managed to cancel the impediment for Delilah, her teammate was hit with a blindfolding spell immediately afterwards. Oh dear, this is not good. Eun-ji almost frowned but managed to stop herself just in time. Overall, they were doing good and could still save this so she needed to focus on her next action rather than feeling discouraged. Shame Del didn’t at least manage to hit Alec as planned before she was rendered helpless. Still, Eun-ji already considered that might happen so she wasn't too disappointed. Her senior was greatly disadvantaged this round after all.

Delilah was blindfolded and suddenly Alec found himself able to breathe better than before. He was feeling loads lighter now that he had been able to do so. If he was capable of casting a spell to blindfold her, he was capable of more than he'd been aware of before. She was so evasive, Alec was one hundred percent sure whether he'd be able to land a spell on her. He knew it was probably luck, a trick of the light that had put her off, but Alec was quite proud of himself for getting one step ahead.

The duel was approaching its midpoint, and the action so far had been quite thrilling. And as for what Nessie was watching unfold before her eyes just now? It was just as exciting, especially because nobody was being hit by any spells. All the action, and none of the injuries.
The Gryffindor pair acted with great teamwork to target their blindfolded adversary in unison, with Meenauh casting a pressurized water spell and Alec casting a knockback jinx. But just as both spells had been cast in cooperation with the same target, both spells met the same fate - although blindfolded, Delilah made a brilliant defensive play, casting a shield charm that caused both spells coming her way to dissolve away before they could reach her.
Meanwhile, the Ravenclaw team showed great cooperation as well, with Eun-ji reaching to remove Delilah's blindfold.
Nessie continued to be impressed by both teams, and couldn't wait to see what they'd do next.

They all made a whole circle back to the beginning of the duel. The duel was tough and Meenauh was starting to sweat heavily. It was no joke to fight a 6th year. Her perfectly timed shields made it hard to penetrate with spells.
They had to adjust their tactics faster. To be one step ahead. So far, the smart house demonstrated wits, so Meenauh just silently admired their teamwork and their tactics.
It was enduring, but anyone breaks at a certain point. She just hope it wouldn't be them.

A round with some advantage and yet predictable results. Delilah was pulling a smart move and was in tune with Eun-ji. The Gryffindors moves were predictable, it made sense the results would be just as predictable as well, there was a fated chance to make a move and in striking it was ultimately an opportunity lost. They were back to square one. Alec cast a nervous glance towards Meenuah before preparing himself for what to do next.

Blue in English, Red in KoreanExcellent! Eun-ji smiled at her teammate when the round went precisely as they hoped. You could never be 100% sure so she was relieved to see both Gryffindors throw their spells Del’s way. Her fellow Ravenclaw was expecting as much and made sure to protect herself while Eun-ji jumped in and got rid of the blindfold for her. The young witch may have been a bit of a loner for the past two years but she always made sure to be considerate of her teammate when it came to duelling. Good cooperation was extremely important in this sport.
Well, now that we are free of all handicaps, what should we do? Sometimes it was harder to think of a strategy when you had more options. It would also be harder to guess the opposing team actions now. Still, Eun-ji couln’t help being excited about what would happen next. She actually enjoyed this duel.

Meanwhile Eun-Ji pulled the blindfold from her face. "Thanks." She smiled. They were a great team, Delilah was very thankful that they had been put in a team together.
