ive experienced this trying to reread old books that i thought their writing was good way back. then be like: why did i even spend $xxx on the whole series? the writing is so bad (you know your writing has improved at least lol)

I’ve read the series so many times that the binding on most of the books have fallen off and the books are in tatters… the HP books are what got me into reading
