I looked for the 6PM EST bean and didn't see it anywhere on HiO that a second year can access.
This includes the Room of Requirement (from Fake Permission Slip) and Keeper of Keys.
I have also checked Hogsmeade (which is available from Fake Permission Slip).
It is also not in the Gryffindor Dueling Club, the Mahoutokoro Lockers or the Chamber of Secrets.
If you can access any of the other areas not mentioned beforehand, let me know!
