A Hazy Evening Closed to Bloom Silverton Finish

It was a different goodbye than most of the ones he's encountered. He didn't say anything as she left, what else was he supposed to really say. Reid pulled both of his legs up onto the window's ledge, back pressed against the frame as he waited. He felt physically restless, but mentally exhausted all the same. He must've stayed there for a while, he had nowhere to be after all. Feelings were complicated and he simply wished he knew what to even do.

Everything he said and did felt wrong in that situation, it was safe to say that he messed up. He felt his stomach turn, he had been curbing his hunger with candy for a while now. But he's exhausted himself with this whole ordeal and he was ready to get some supper. Yet even though he felt hungry, he didn't think he'd eat as much as today.

He felt downtrodden by the outcome of all this, but what else was he going to expect anyway? Reid fixed himself and his composure before picking up his things that were forgotten on the Owlery's dirty floor. He slung them under his arm and began his descent towards the Great Hall.

[Reid exits. CLOSED.]

"Trouble usually finds me."
