It’s like- seasonal allergies. Since it’s super cold and stuff now my allergies are getting worse. I was also sick with them during thanksgiving break-Kim Sato wrote: 1 Dec 2022, 03:52 Hmmm, maybe try a new medication? Do you use a nasal spray or take pills etc...?
Also what type of allergies, like seasonal or allergies relating to a certain thing?

So I looked online and they said...
HEPA filters help with allergies, along with air purifiers.
You can take a shower and change your clothes each time you go outside and then come inside.
Eat healthy food also seems to help with allergies too.
Nasal sprays are supposed to help with this.
Drink water, juice, tea and warm liquids like broth or soup.
Vacuum the house with a HEPA filter and if your allergies are too bad, have someone else do it.
Inhale steam.
Avoid cigarette smoke, aerosol sprays, smoky types of atmospheres.

Yeah. Thanks Kim. Sadly I have no air purifier but I’ll survive- *me knowing my asthma isn’t gonna like me all winter* this also happens in the spring. Since I’m really allergic to dust mold and pollen. I did dust my room so I think that’s one of the reasons I’m suffering rn- XDKim Sato wrote: 1 Dec 2022, 03:55 So I looked online and they said...

Hah, I'm allergic to dust and pollen too! I couldn't breathe well at all before I got my air purifier with the HEPA filters. My parents got one for me, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get one...
But yeah it DEFINITELY helps. Maybe mention it to your parents and see if they might be able to get you one! It's not too expensive for parents! Mine has 3 settings: general clean, germ and allergen. It also has a turbo setting too. It takes a pre-filter and a filter. The filter lasts for 1 year and the pre-filter lasts for 3 months. When you get it, I think you get 3 pre-filters and 1 filter. You can buy replacements too when you need more! But it makes a HUGE difference. Also you can have it running for 24/7, just don't have it running when you're vacuuming or have a window open.
I usually have it on general clean, unless it's allergy season and allergies bother me, then I turn it onto allergen. Germ setting I turn on whenever someone's sick. It does wonders!

Go here to get one on amazon.com. No matter where you are, I think amazon ships to all countries! Right now it says it's 149 plus tax and shipping (unless you have prime in which case there's free shipping). For a parent that's definitely affordable! Especially if it helps make your kid's allergies and breathing easier! Yeah, if you ask for one for Christmas that would work!

Sadly I can’t go on that link. (My mom would hate it if she found me talking to others online-) plus I use a school issued iPad and things are blocked-Kim Sato wrote: 1 Dec 2022, 04:04 Go here to get one on amazon.com. Ahhh gotcha. Well, I hope you can get one
:) you just have to mention it's an air purifier with HEPA filters. If you don't get it on amazon, not sure where to get it but if you just look up those words it should be fine!
