Ford looked at the girl, a bit puzzled. He was only a few feet away... certainly no cause for such a rush. The boy had not even attempted to leave yet. He didn't much care for her tone either. What exactly was going through this chick's head? She hadn't seen the device itself... perhaps the shape or the edge of it, sure. But enough to tell what it was? Of course not. Why, the thing had not even fallen halfway out of his pocket! Who was she to accuse him of such things (even if they did happen to be true)? Perhaps Miss Blue-Eyes here was just as untrusting as Ford himself... how frustrating.
He looked at her calmly, wondering what exactly she expected him to do here. It seemed she could tell he was lying, though he found that unlikely. After all, he was an excellent liar. It was far more realistic to think that she was just prying... to what end, he had no clue. At least she had sworn not to tell. Every second the group became more and more drenched, and he wanted to get out of here before his phone got wet. Perhaps if he answered a couple of her endless questions she would leave him alone. The boy cleared his throat, putting on his best "normal, friendly student" face.
"Wait up? Why, I haven't moved yet." He hoped that this would be taken as a joke rather than an insult. "I'm Ford. Jane, you said? Anyway Jane, I have no idea what you're on about. There's nothing strange about my chocolate, other than the fact that it is currently being soaked in rainwater. It'll probably taste nasty now." Ford gave the girl a knowing look. If she refused to play along, fine. But he was not about to reveal such a dangerous secret in front of all of these strangers. Hopefully she would get the point and drop it, at least until the others had gone. "Regardless, my main concern is her." He motioned to the girl whom he had barreled into. It seemed she had not moved or spoken since the collision.

Jane put on her nicest smile.
"Pleasure to meet you, Ford." Jane stuck out her hand. "And, well, I just like to make sure. And Henry Ford, or just FORD? You don't need to answer that," Jane replied. Her voice then went down to a whisper. She pulled out a pen from her robe pocket and handed it to Ford.
"This is a pen. Muggle object. Handy to write with. Every Muggle family has a bunch; I have around twenty up in my dorm. You can keep this one. And tell me later." Jane's eyes sparkled to convey to Ford an unspoken message, like I know it's not chocolate, just explain after a while.
Jane then walked to the other girl. "She's breathing. She's fine, probably just unconscious," Jane diagnosed, finding that she had dropped her head on a rock. "Oh. Come down here, Ford. Her head seems to have been hit on a rock. I hope you have some medical experience, do you?" Jane had a thick British accent despite her fast way of talking. She studied the girl carefully. Not much major damage had been inflicted, just a wound on the head. Jane moved the rock away so the girl could lay on soft grass, instead. She then looked at Ford.

"Likewise." He took the girl's hand. It was smooth and unscarred- an academic's hand. Yet when he looked into her eyes, he could not help but think that she had been through more than her cheery demeanor would imply. As she pressed a muggle pen into his hand, he saw the girl in a bit of a different light. Perhaps she was not merely nosy or annoying. Perhaps she could be useful to him.
Though his father was entirely set in the ways of Wizardry, Ford had never liked the way that wizards referred to the Muggle world. They seemed to look at it as either something to be feared, something to be studied, or something that simply didn't matter. Even Muggle Studies and Artifacts books gave little insight into the world of non-magic people. Yet this was what made up the world... Muggles. There were more of them, many more of them, and they used their intelligence to make the world progress rather than relying on some "magical potential" that they were given at birth. Though he had never lived in their world, he was fascinated with it. If this girl had some connection to the Muggle universe as the pen she had given him implied, perhaps she could make for a highly valued acquaintance. He nodded. He would tell her later.
He looked at the fallen girl with concern. His father had always used spells to heal him when he was young, but Ford had taken little interest in magic himself. The boy made another mental note to learn a few useful spells such as healing... so many opportunities for self-improvement today. Obviously Jane had as little expertise on the matter as he did. Still, he had studied the layout of this place well enough to know what to do. Actually... the girl's misfortune gave him another opportunity. He could simultaneously get the girl to safety and get Jane alone to explain his device. "Help me take her to the Hospital Wing."

OOC: We'll need to wait for Elia to let us know if this is alright. I don't want to godmod her character.

Jane smiled. She was met by a request to take the girl to the hospital wing and an approval for being told about the device. She decided to take it as a peace offering. Jane, being a Muggle born, found little interest in Muggles at first, but after approaching Hogwarts looked back at her family and marveled at them. Ford's item...she believed it was an I Fruit, or something- held much more than it did back at her house. It was more magical than magic- here, the explanation for it all was magic, but in the Muggle world, it was electricity. She did not get either, but electricity seemed more magical- she could generate magic on the spot. Jane would wait eagerly for her endeavor with Ford. Her eyes sparkled in the way they did when she was contemplating something of great importance or joy- in other words, when she was thinking happily. Jane then tried to hold the girl from her back, finding her strength much less than her intellect- something she already knew. Jane looked at Ford, motioning for him to help. Oof, the girl was heavy. Or maybe Jane was just weak. Or both. Any was possible. Jane still persisted.

OOC: Yes, we should wait. I had to write this because I couldn't reply to your owl because you disabled private messages. You can owl me where the topic should be- and yes, for the reply to your owl.

Since this was the time they could wear clothes that's weren't school uniform, Eri was wearing her normal navy blue drawstring sweatshirt that was one size to big for her and her white jeans and white high top sneakers. Before the the thunder storm happened the brunette had been sitting on a rock reading a book. Then the rain started getting her book a little wet. Frustrated she hopped off the rock and put her book in her satchel that hung over her shoulder. As she ran towards the school her eyes caught the sight of a group of people in the rain. She turned her head to look at them which was a mistake and her clumsy self tripped over the edge of hole. Causing her to fall face first into the mud.
The Brunette's ankle kind of hurt, but hopefully the pain would go away, but she hoped the group didn't notice. So she wiped off all of the mud she could and walked over to the group of people in the rain. "What are you guys doing out here in the storm. You guys are soaking wet and it is still raining pretty hard right now if you didn't notice."
