Lol it's not actually. Rabbit is what Kim calls the boy he has a crush on by Felix.
He's been calling Felix that for awhile now.
And Felix has a crush on Kim too, although both of them are denying it atm.

It used to be 'Stalker' that he called him by but after the two of them shared that romantic moment during the Blossom Ball, Kim started calling him Rabbit.

Indeed! Colin doesn't have much experience with older students in general (apart from Leonard), so his interactions with Opeila I think will be interesting! He's also met Jack, who I think he might get along with.
Burnett or Warren?
Burnett! He just crashed into the fountain. He seems rather cool! I hope he'll like Colin.

The only reason I deactivated Thymus was because orginally I had left for a long time and it was hard to pick up where I left off. Everyong else was on year two already and plus it was hard to reconnect with the character I didn't have the Same thought process as I do now. It was heartbreaking to me afterwards.... I do not plan to deactivate Edward Edwards for a long time!

Even though I understand why some people do it, I have ever more mixed feelings about deactivating the longer I'm here.

The side of the coin, though, at least for me is the effect it has on everyone else. For example IC, Colin feels a sense of loss when one of your characters leaves. Or sometimes confusion. Even when they didn't interact much. OOC, I as writer even feel a kind of loss as well. Eventually perhaps, as this happens more and more, it becomes in me a sense of reservation and hesitation. Like after so many deactivations, I kind of feel like circling the wagons around the few friends that are left! --- I'm still new enough that I still like to reach out to new users, but I am simultaneously hesitant to become to connected for fear that they're going to be gone in six months or a year.

Even if our characters never interacted much or at all, still, Colin retains that memory of your former character. And as time goes on, part of Colin as a character and part of his future has become the sense of loss and confusion due to friends and acquaintances that have "disappeared" for any number of reasons. True, some are gone due to OOC banishment, but he also feels loss and confusion due to deactivation.

I didn't have much of a chance to interact with you as Thymus, but for Colin he'll always be that boy who was in Regulus Dorm for a short time before he mysteriously disappeared! He'll always be the trigger for that fear that one of his friends or even himself could just disappear one day!

Or with Quinn, I was really hoping that she'd not deactivate. And while I hope she does well as Andre, Colin's relationship was with Quinn --- she was one of his very first friends, he thought of her as a sister, and they had fun adventures and shared a lot of themselves with each other.

So yeah, part of Colin's future is dealing with the grief of loss.

Keep your mind in hell; and don't despair.

Yeah, same.
So many people are deactivating!!!!
I mean I can see why they would do so after your first one graduates but if it's just a year or two in...
I know you make mistakes and want to change.
I've done that too and would love to change things about Kim regarding stats, House etc...

But it's like even though you make lots of mistakes, you can still salvage it!!!
At least you can salvage like 90% of it.
Like if you don't like how your character turned out personality-wise there's ways around that!
Such as come up with an idea as to why your personality changes.

Background/history-wise is different, that's harder to change.
Plus if you're already in index, you'd have to let index know about the changes.
To make sure the changes are allowed.
But for the most part as long as the changes aren't too drastic they should be accepted right?

Yes! Look at bailey, I came back and turned her around, from a shy know it all to the big sister of the castle

I see newcomers all the time and just as I'm about to think of possibly doing something with them I find out they've already deactivated 👀. Or someone I've known for like a year IC (not ooc but sometimes ooc AND ic both) is there and there's plots we come up with and then suddenly out of nowhere they deactivate... I'm like 👀 how do I explain this IC....

I know you don't NEED to explain but if the character was important and part of your character's life, it doesn't make any sense for them to just pretend like they never existed and are unaffected by their absence. Which brings me to the point Colin made. It's hard to try and make relationships with new people because you don't know if they'll be gone the following year or even in the following 6 months.

I was talking to one person awhile back like awhile awhile back and they said they intended on staying for the long run and it would take a lot to get rid of them! They were never going to deactivate or leave. And then they disappeared. I think they returned again but they're gone again. Well, they haven't posted since May 21st, 2022. But they were last seen yesterday it says on their profile.
