I'd also suggest putting at least 1 more point into stamina at some point for when you duel.
4 is pretty low.
But that's just my opinion.
I'd say up your accuracy, stamina and evasion in that order.

Funnily, when my Ency updates, everything goes up. So I'll likely add the two extra into Stamina. Accuracy is gonna go up to 7 when it updates. Is that good enough, or should it be higher?

Stamina at 6 is good, that's what Kim's is at atm too. Kim's accuracy is at 9 atm but he misses a lot so I aim to up it to 10 as soon as I can. I'm thinking you probably won't get into dueling until your Y3 (since there's 1 person ahead of you on waitlist and it doesn't seem as if anyone will be leaving anytime soon from the dueling team) so by that time you'll have an extra +5 points from graduating that you can put into accuracy and evasion (is my opinion).
I think (imo) stamina, accuracy, evasion and wisdom are the main stats that you need in dueling. Stamina is good at 6 or 7. Wisdom is apparently good at around 7. Accuracy and Evasion are the main two that you want to max. I made a mistake and my wisdom was 4 although it's now 5 from my dueling win/quidditch win. I still have to get it to 7. So when I get points, I'm putting them into accuracy, evasion, one more in stamina and then wisdom to 7.

I figure adding the two to stamina is the way to go here. And if you're right and I become a duellist in Y3, I'll likely split between Wisdom, Arcane, and Accuracy.
