────────────────────────────────It was a cold and windy afternoon, but that didn’t stop me from going outside. I hated the cold but I actually liked the outdoors, when there was no sun. I often went with my cat Zara, but she was busy taking a nap. I decided to go without her.
My class had just finished and I was still carrying my heavy books but I did not want to climb all the way up to the Ravenclaw tower and then all the way back down. I walked through the halls which were crowded with fellow students, all excited that classes were over for the day.
I sat down on a long bench tucked between two pillars. Before I could go outside I had to finish taking notes on a paragraph, which was no problem. I repositioned myself and got to writing. The halls slowly emptied out, but I stayed, mainly because I only had one page left to take notes on. I was in the middle of the sentence, one of my last ones, when my paper and pen was jerked off my lap. Some girl had tripped over me.
“Hey!” I said, anger filling my voice. I didn’t mean to be angry, but normally when you trip you just fall and not mess up all of he other persons stuff. I gave her a look that said bruh you really had to do that? then reached down to pick up my quill.────────────────────────────────

The Fall That Started It All
Bridget was walking, just walking in the corridor, but then she tripped over a brown-haired girl. "I'm so sorry!" she didn't mean to trip her. She gave Bridget a look that said bruh you really had to do that?
Usually, she was kind, but she didn't like people accusing her. The other girl spoke in a furious voice. Oh no... I think I may have made her mad... she thought. You see, it wasn't entirely Bridget's fault. "Are you okay?" she asked. The girl would probably just respond something like "No, because of you!" or "Ugh, why'd you do that!?!" or maybe, if she was really mad, "NO! I'm not okay!!! Not because of you! You just ruined my entire day." Maybe she'd understand? No! she wouldn't, she thought that Bridget tripped her. Had she just made an enemy? Enemy or not, they couldn't be friends. There was a purpose that Bridget had tripped her, maybe it was not an accident, maybe Bridget's will was trying to say something. She reached down to grab her quill, the other girl, the one that Bridget had tripped. Bridget had her books in hand, as she observed the girl, but as soon as she other girl stood up, Bridget's books fell down.
What a bad day I'm having...

────────────────────────────────The girl asked me if I was ok. “Thanks to you, no. But otherwise I’m fine.” I said coldly. I didn’t really mean to sound like that but I kind of just did. I was tired from my week of classes. I just wanted to take a looooonnngg nap. But I had some class work to do.
I sighed and went to pick up my quill. As I was reaching down to grab my quill the girl reached down to grab it right as I did. We hit heads and she jerked back. I grabbed my quill. The girl dropped her books and from being jerked back. OH MY GOSH!! my brain screamed, in frustration. I went over to help her pick up her books, and saw that one was wide open. I flipped to the front cover and her name was right there. Bridget Levitte, Hufflepuff. I slammed the book shut and gave her an annoyed look. “Here you go. I’m Charlie by the way. Goodbye. I said. I stormed off.
I began walking up to the Ravenclaw tower, because I just wanted to sleep. Was the Charlie to nice? I asked myself. Nah. My devil side replied. Oh come on. You were so mean. You should send her an owl, telling her that you are sorry. my angel side replied. I felt like I had an angel on my right shoulder and a devil on my left. Luckily I am right handed, so I grabbed a piece of parchment and a quill. I began to write.
I slipped the letter in the envelope and ran up to the owlery. I picked an owl and sent it away.Dear Bridget,
Don’t ask how I got your name. I’m sorry I got so mad over something that was probably my fault.
Thanks,
Charlie.────────────────────────────────
