Ravenclaw vs. Hufflepuff: Match 7
(Posting as Sophia)
Sophia beamed confidently once her partner was back on his feet, only to shout a startled apology as her spell nearly hit him head-on. Thankfully, Robert was a quick kid, and the Incendio Duo careened off harmlessly. She shoved up her sleeves and readied her wand, looking determined, at least until the blast of heat on her robe caused her expression to scrunch with pain.

Ravenclaw vs. Hufflepuff: Match 7
Lucia watched in amazement as Sophia aimed her spell at David, but at the last second missed dramatically and sent a respectable Incendio Duo right towards her partner. It was lucky for the Ravenclaws that she missed that as well, because Robert was only just standing up from his being knocked to the ground by David's flippendo. As David took off his blindfold again, Lucia aimed towards Sophia and took a leaf out of the younger girl's book with a fire-making spell of her own, which hit.

Ravenclaw vs. Hufflepuff: Match 7
Robert scrambled to his feet, only to narrowly avoid a burst of fire from none other than his dueling partner. "Don't worry about it, no harm no foul," he replied to Sophia's apology with a smile. He was slightly disappointed they'd failed to take advantage of David's momentary blindness, but he didn't hold it against Sophia.
Robert let out a surprised laugh at David's comment. "Wow, good spells? I mean, if the blindfolds are annoying enough to complain about, I'd say we're doing a pretty good job. However, I do appreciate the advice."

Robert would not take David’s friendly advice of overusing the blindfold, and really why would one take an opponent’s suggestion? David tried, but Robert sent out another blindfold that would securely wrap around David’s eyes. However, before his sight was taken from him, David released his own spell at Robert. The sparkling silver light whizzed across the field and struck Robert, who would immediately feel painful jabs and punches in places people were usually ticklish. If he was, he would no doubt be caught in a fit of giggles and laughter along with winces of pain, if not just the pain.
Sophia and Lucia would follow suit with their partners' targets, David and Robert, respectively. Unfortunately, Sophia’s flames and Lucia’s blazing flipendo would find themselves veering off, missing their targets.

Ravenclaw vs. Hufflepuff: Match 7
“Wow, good spells? I mean, if the blindfolds are annoying enough to complain about, I'd say we're doing a pretty good job. However, I do appreciate the advice.” Robert said in response to me, and I smiled. “Well, I hope you take it.” As I was saying that, I heard Sophia casting an Incendio Duo, and when I turned around, I saw that the flames she had cast we’re heading in my direction so I quickly ducked out of the way. I then turned back to Robert and noticed that his wand was pointing at me; he was about to cast his next spell. I quickly pointed my wand at him cast a Rictusempra, just as he cast Obscuro at me. I reacted to late and by the time I had made an effort to dodge his incoming attack, his third blindfold had already hit me. “For Merlin's sake.” I heard Lucia say.Dave - #cd0a2f
Lucia - #00308f
Robert - #0000bf
I heard Robert begin to laugh which told me that I had landed my spell, but I he had also landed his so I put my wand back into my robes and began untying my blindfold, something I had already done twice today. “You know, when I said good spells, I meant spells that actually do damage, not spells that temporarily blind the target, but if you’d rather cast the latter then there’s nothing I can do about that. I mean, I’m not gonna lie man, this blindfold is just a minor inconvenience and once I take it off, then you might as well consider yourself knocked out, something you could’ve prevented had you not blindfolded me at all during this duel. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining here because after all, I’m still in pretty good shape although I don’t expect that that’ll last for long.” In response, Robert said “Fair... enough.” He seemed to be struggling to talk through his laughter, so hopefully that meant that he wouldn’t be able to cast his next spell on me decently. “We seem to... have... two different... philosophies... on dueling.” “Yes, I believe we do.” I answered him.

Ravenclaw vs. Hufflepuff: Match 7
(Posting as Sophia)
Things weren't looking grand. While Robert valiantly avoided the near-fatal Flipendo intended for him, that Rictusempra wasn't so easily dodged. She resented the fact that her partner was drawing all the fire, and in an attempt to get a piece of the action, decided to join in on the banter. She rolled her eyes at the excessive critique from their opponent, remarking something to the effect that he was right: a blindfold's not enough, we'll need something to cover his mouth while we're at it.

Of course. Of course the Ravenclaws sent yet another blindfold whacking into David's face. "For Merlin's sake," Lucia grumbled before shooting off her own spell, but missing, just as Sophia missed her own target. At least David hit, landing a good Rictumsempra on Robert and causing him to start laughing.

Robert laughed. At first, it was just a small chuckle at Sophia's comment, but it shortly grew out of control. Soon, the boy was wheezing and clutching his stomach. There were definitely worse spells out there, but Rictumsempra was not a fun one. "Fair... enough." Robert replied to David between spurts of laughter. "We seem to... have... two different... philosophies... on dueling." Robert had much more to say on the subject, but at this point, his energy seemed best focused elsewhere.

ReducioDavid Removes Blindfold
Effects| No longer blindfolded.
Once more, the Ravenclaw team would try to take advantage of David’s blindfolded state. Both Robert and Sophia levied their wands at the helpless boy, but both were unsuccessful. David would feel the heat from Robert’s potent spell and manage to choose the correct direction just in time to sidestep his imminent roasting. Sophia, on the other hand, attempted to cast the spell. A lovely bright red light would form at the tip of her wand before disappearing harmlessly; she had failed to cast her spell.
David, while sidestepping Robert’s intended flames, managed to remove the pesky blindfold once more. Lucia was done playing the blindfold game as she levied her wand onto Robert sending the blazing blue light of a flipendo crashing right into his chest. It wasn’t cast perfectly, but it would lift Robert off his feet, sending his body crashing into the piste unconscious.
“HALT! Santario commanded as she swiftly strode across the piste. As she assessed Robert’s unconsciousness, her hand would reach up and wave over the medics. While they took his body off the piste, San walked back to her place. “Then there were three… Continue!” While moderators were not supposed to take sides, she did not see this ending well for Sophia.

Ravenclaw vs. Hufflepuff: Match 7
Well, my expectations were very wrong. See, I heard Robert casting his Incendio Duo, but I also heard the flames rushing towards me, and I would soon feel their heat, and sensing the direction they were coming from, I let go of my almost untied blindfold and quickly dived out of the way before resuming to untie it. I then heard Sophia casting an Incendio Duo, but just then I finally pulled off my blindfold and saw that there was no fire coming from her direction; she had failed to cast her spell. Well, now it was time to finish Robert. “Robert, it was good dueling you, and you were by far my favorite opponent, for multiple rea…” Before I heard Lucia cast a Flipendo at him. The blue ball of energy flew out of the tip of her wand and hit Robert right in his chest, sending him flying backwards and knocking him out as soon as he hit the piste.
“HALT!” Santario, the dueling moderator for this match yelled as she quickly went over across to Robert. “Oof, that must’ve hurt.” I said as I remembered how I was knocked out with the exact same spell during my last official duel which was also moderated by Santario. The girl waved over the medics and they went to take Robert’s body away. “Well, that was an awfully good Flipendo Lucia.” I said, and she replied saying “Thank you.” “Yeah. Well now we only have one opponent left. Should be easy enough.” “Let's not underestimate her.” “Yeah, anything could happen.” “Then there were three… Continue!” Santario said all of a sudden. “Sorry, what?” I asked, not knowing what she meant, and Santario answered my question by saying “It’s a book reference. One fell from four making three of you left.” “Okay, thanks for telling me.” I said before realizing that the match had resumed. I quickly took out my wand and pointed it at Sophia. Oh, she was not going to like what came next. Unless I missed or my spell backfired or something like that.
