Siesta Ernaline is the first daughter of the Ernaline - an old, aristocratic family. The family is believed to have some old relations with the fairies, but no one really knows, now their descendants are only human, so...who will know? Siesta was born on 17/10/2010 - a rainy, bloomy day in the main mansion of the Ernaline in London. She was raised with gold and diamonds, but never her parents' love. She knows that they don't love each other, their whole marriage was a sort of business deal. They always fight whenever they are in the same room (except when they don't talk to each other and just stay quiet). Siesta understands that maybe they will never have any special feelings for each other. Therefore, she never asks to be loved, she's scared that her requests may pressure her parents - who are already so miserable in a loveless marriage. Does she need love ? yes, indeed, but sometimes people just choose to forget their own needs because of some unsolvable reasons. She grew up with everything but love.
But there is one thing that can make her eyes glow at first sight seeing it - books. Siesta loves books, so much that she has her own library as one of the mansions of the Ernaline in London. Her books collection is insane, she must own over 4000 books now, yet she has already read all of them several times. Maybe, because of her own gifted brain, and academic smartness of her or that she reads lots of books, she did great in the Muggle's schools.
Once her parents were fighting and she couldn't do anything than sat on a couch and just stared at the teacup set that the maid was holding. Then it broke, out of the blue. Her family knew that she had a head for magic, just like the whole family tree does. "How can a pureblood from one of the oldest, richest, and most powerful families in the Wizard's world have no magical power at all ?" - as if every single pureblood wizard/witch was supposed to have phenomenal and super impressive magical abilities. Because of that thought, the family members never praised Siesta, or at least told her that she was actually gifted, her power and potential in magic are just insane. Pressures on Siesta's back keep getting heavier and heavier as the day passes.
Siesta has some 'friends', of course. The maids in the mansion, the wild rabbit she once met when she was 9, an imaginary friend named Rious, and...and yes! her books. Well, maybe Siesta doesn't have many friends. But her childhood best friend is definitely one of them - Rosalyne Marrie. Marrie now goes to a different school, unfortunately. They promised that they would write lots of letters to each other. But Siesta will miss her best friend, for sure.
