Bubba stood at the table, still taking sips of his beverage and trying to decide what to do. He was torn. The (far) larger part of him wanted to walk straight up to Sienna and renew hostilities. He imagined she'd lost no love for him over the summer and he'd certainly lost none for her. He could tell that her apology to him from the detention was about as sincere as his. However, the smaller part of him had to accept he was a prefect now and he had to set an example for the kids. It was a tough call and he just didn't know what to do or think.
He looked around the party again for anyone he knew and once again, there was really no one. This part was quickly looking like turning into a bust. He wondered if, given it was turning into a bust, he should take a page out of the Stone Cold book. Arrive, Raise Hell, Leave. He looked over at Sienna again, he could certainly raise some hell there. But at that precise moment, one of the kids he was supposed to set an example for arrived. He was a typical first year with a stupid err cute haircut, and a stupid face, damn what was he thinking he meant nice. He supposed he shouldn't traumatize the poor boy, who he recognized as a Ravenclaw, too much.
The boy knew he was a prefect at least. That was... something. Did the badge he had to wear all the time give it away? He was slightly offended when the boy got to his name, however. Blubby? Lubby? His eyes narrowed at the insulting misnomers. "My name is Bubba, and yes, I'm a prefect." He picked up another random drink off the table and thrust it into the boy's hand. "Welcome to the party, pal." He said irritably as he walked off, clearly offended at the butchering of his name.

At first glance, the white aesthetic may fool you for a typical angel costume. But take a closer look at the hints of red in his attire, the fake apple he holds in one hand, and the deliberate way two small spikes of hair poked out from the side of his hair- and you can make a good guess. While he wasn’t the most terrifying demon. He wore a particular white outfit ( shown in img ), and the most devious thing about his attire would only be the skin tight gloves that made it seem like he had dunked his hands in a bucket of black paint. Said paint looked like it dripped from his fingertips to the end of his elbow.
His make-up: ( shown in img), light and sparkly. Added with a lineart of a simple heart on the top of his left cheek. It certainly took longer than it looked. Alas, his honey brown eyes wouldn’t be the most eye catching of his entire outfit. Resting on his shoulder, is a 75 cm long Emerald Gazer. And a very alive one at that. Yet, Hanako allowed her to use him as a branch as if he had done it before.
Occasionally, anyone that converses with Hanako would find his snakes’s unblinking eyes unto theirs, as if they were searching for their soul. ( She was just judging you ).
Hanako’s hair has two obvious spikes of hair coming out like little tufts, as an attempt to imitate devil horns. Currently, it’s still his natural hair colour: jet black
And…. no sugary goodness was tasted. In fact, it flew out of his hands. Confused, Hanako opened his eyes to meet a very disturbing look on a familiar faux angel. He sent her a glare and rolled his eyes while his other hand reached out for another piece. Swat. Gone. This time, it invoked more than just a glare from the boy. “ motherf- hmmahemmmmm” he took deep breaths before returning his gaze to girl. “ What?” he snapped. She gestured to un-do the spell and Hana let out a fake laugh. He was about to remind the overly confident girl that he knew much more than the tongue-tying spell, before he felt someone tap on his shoulder, which immediately made Hana groan. “ Can’t you see we’re having a conversati- ooohh…” Hanako finally set his eyes on the stranger with a shifted expression from agitated to…interested.
"Excuse me but I think you dropped this” the stranger presented his missing apple.
“Hm..quite a gentlemen, aren’t you?” He teased, his tone totally different from the one he used with Pea. It was more honeyed, or borderline flirty. “ Much appreciated “ Hanako took back the apple but not before purposely lingering on the stranges grasp, but like wind- it went just as soon as it came. But no one could deny Hanako had his intentions. Well, could you really blame him? This guy was hot. And a wonderful distraction from the angry angel beside him.
Like snap, upon hearing a familiar voice greet him, Hanako was out of his dreamlike daze from the attractive stranger. “ Oh, Droopy~, it’s been a while. ” Hanako was the kind of person that acted differently depending on his audience. And Haley was one of the very few that deserved his genuine smiles. “ I’m fine, just dealing with a persistent pest that refuses to leave” he side glanced to the pest in question. Haley then kindly offered drinks, to which Hana ought to be a good idea, considering if he had gotten drinks, Pea would no doubt- throw that off his hands too.
Now that it was just Pea, him, and the gorgeous stranger. At least things weren’t all that bad anymore. "Is she okay, mate? She looks furious".
“Oh her? Nah, that’s just her natural resting face". Hanako leaned closer to the stranger as if he wanted to tell a secret, his voice quieter than before, but purposely loud enough for Pea to hear. Bonus plus to this was that he was now closer to the hot stranger. Score! “ Actually, she’s just terribly shy. Poor girl is just clinging on to me until she feels more comfortable with other people. It’s cute that you’re worried “ Hana give him a quick wink before leaning away. “Anyway, I don’t believe we met. This girl here is Pe-.” Hana paused as a devious idea overtook his mind. “ This is Philomena. Philomena Cunk. You can call her Pee. Haley must’ve introduced me, but just to start things fresh, I’m Hanako Tone, but you can call me Hannah. And what about you? I’d like to know who to thank for giving me back my missing apple~”
“ NOOOTTT CUUUTTTTTTEEEEEEE” a loud hiss immited from the snake beside Hanako, to which Hana tries to laugh off. “ Hahaha, looks like my snake is interested in knowing too~”.

The storm of the rage of the Castelobruxo still very much burning deep within him but when Haley reassured Ronnie that everything was fine, Ronnie had no other choice to just let go. For now, at least the Duellist thought to himself. The next time he see Simon, Ronnie was not sure if he could hold his anger any longer.
Haley told everything that when down between the Gryffindor and the Hufflepuff. From how the boy cheated on her while both of the Hogwarts students were still very much together up until Simon broke her heart, Haley took the liberty to even out the playfield by breaking the boy's nose. Ronnie very much knows the common courtesy if one is about to begin another love journey.
Cash very much explicitly told the Brazilian not to ask Haley about it but then it was the redhead herself that told Ronnie about it. When Haley told the tale, whereas other boys might feel jealous if his potential girlfriend talked about past failed relationships, that rule did not apply to the Ramírez boy.
For Ronnie, Haley's past is what makes her who she is and besides, Ronnie could learn from the past mistake of Haley's lover. And the Portuguese boy determined not to make the same mistake as Simon did. And once Ronnie let go of his pettiness, his redhead princess whispered thank you and kissed him.
To be honest, Ronnie had no comparison since Haley is his first-ever girlfriend, and every time the pair share a kiss, Ronnie always feels secure. Haley feels like a home that the blue-grey eyes boy never know he needs it until he found Haley. The pair then walked up to the refreshments tables, where Haley greets the pointy-like demon haired which she called as Hana and the other girl.
Ronnie then politely tapped the white-wearing boy on the shoulder. It seems the young Duellist disturbed the boy and the girl's conversation. Hana at first was very much annoyed by the sudden intrusion but then just like switching on a light switch, the demeanor of the boy changed in front of his very eyes.
"I am sorry. I don't mean to interrupt your conversation with this lovely girl but I think I found something that might belong to you,"Ronnie gave out his friendly smile. Hana then called the Brazilian a gentleman. "Well, I try"The blue-grey eyes boy shrug his shoulder like it was nothing. Haley and Hanako then conversed a little bit before Haley asked the group for their drinks.
"Surprise me,"Ronnie stated with his heavy English - Portuguese accent. "Thanks, love!"The boy bend down and kissed Haley on her cheeks. Once Haley left the group to get some drinks, Ronnie turned around and engage in the conversation. Hana then explained how the white-haired girl is terribly shy and needs to cling to the boy until she feels more comfortable with other people.
Ronnie albeit he is fourteen years old of a boy, nodded naïively to every word that Hanako uttered. Hanako then introduces the girl's name as Philomena Cunk. At first, Ronnie thought the name sounds funny but yet again some Wizarding families like to name their children unique names. Who am I to judge the boy thought.
"Nice to make your acquaintance, Phil"Ronnie then stick out his heand for Pea to shake. The boy in front of him then introduced himself as Hanako Tone but he prefer to be called as Hannah. Ronnie then tilted his head to the side like how a puppy was curious about something. "Hannah?"He asked curiously.
"Such a feminine name for a cute boy,"Ronnie said without the intention of being flirty with the boy. Sometimes his friendly demeanor is borderline towards flirting. "I'm here not to judge you or your name but I never meet a boy who goes by Hannaj and is confident about it,"Ronnie added. "Confidence is sexy, I must say,"Again Ronnie always speaks before he filtered it through.
And if some passerby hears it, they might think the Brazilian is flirting with the boy who stood before him which is not his intention at all. Hanako then asked for Ronnie's name. For a beat second, Ronnie was silent. He contemplated whether to introduce himself as Verona, Ronnie, or Andréas.
At the end, the Ramíres boy introduced himself to Hanako as Andréas. "Andréas,"Ronnie replied back with that thick English - Portugues accent. Then something dawned on him. Both Pea's and Tone's outfit kind of match one another. "Love both of your outfits. Are you a couple or something?"Inquire the boy.
Although Hanako already said that Phil was fine, Ronnie needs to hear from the girl herself. "You sure you alright, love?"He smiled at the girl since throughout the conversation Pea did not speak at all. His concern about Pea broke by a loud hiss coming from a snake that was seated beside Hanako. Ronnie then looked down.
"You have a pet snake?"Ronnie asked with amazement and excitement in his voice."It is so cool you have one. I want to be a Magizzologist when I grow up,"Ronnie did know why he told Hanako that but Ronnie always has a soft spot for snakes. "What is its name?"Ronnie still looked down and smile from ear to ear while restraining himself to pet the snake.

After she finished speaking with Kim, there was not a whole lot for her to do. She spotted several people she didn't like, and others she was deep enemies with. Because she did not wish to ruin Kim's party, she had been sure to stay in the shadows most of the time so far. She preferred to observe than interact and have meaningless conversations with strangers she would never see again (or worse, she would see again) anyways. However, this behavior got boring very quickly, and so she decided to take a walk around the party, staying away from the flash mob that appeared to be in the process of being organized. As she walked, she heard a noise from behind her, and turned to see what it was. As she turned back around she ran directly into another without the time to stop herself.
Looking up, she groaned softly seeing Bubba. First she trips on his bag, then she runs right into him. How disgusting. Forgetting her internal promise to not ruin the party, she scowled at him, showing just how much she still loathed him, even after the summer months. "Ah, Bubba. I almost didn't recognize you without your clothes dripping wet while you stood kissing up to a prefect with hearts in your eyes. Though, it looks like you've been doing more than kissing up to prefects," she nodded at his prefect badge. "Did you kiss up to some professors too?"
Hmm, she had forgotten just how much fun it was to antagonize this idiot. As much as she did not want or need another detention over him, she hadn't seen his little girlfriend at the party, so she certainly would not be running to his side to defend him this time. "Does that badge mean you've gotten over your "condescending flowchart" days? You've got to set an example now don't you? You can't call me a bitch, ice queen, sweet cheeks and whatever else you wanted to say by the lake. Now how does that feel?" she asked with a sickeningly sweet smile.

Bubba had not been paying any attention as he stormed away from the boy named Oliver, he was going for the dramatic effect. Unfortunately, he wasn't looking where he was going and a few steps into his storming he felt someone walk into him. Or had he walked into them? He wasn't sure, he turned to face the person and reflexively started to say sorry before immediately cutting himself off. He stood face to face with the one and only Sienna Lenoir. The Lady of the Lake. The Wicked Witch of the Gryffindor Tower. The Hogwarts Hag.
Earlier, he'd considered antagonizing her or even trying to make peace but he immediately knew peace was not an option. There was no peace. As if on queue her face morphed into her trademark scowl. He opened his mouth to speak but she was too fast for him. As an opening barrage of insults, it was nothing special. His wet clothes, kissing up to prefects, and professors. Well, one of those was true at least. In that moment he knew exactly what to say, and he knew it would infuriate her even more, which was of course the goal.
Shrugging off the initial volley with his normal, not-so-quiet dignity, he levied an immediate riposte: "Sienna, what an unpleasant surprise. I on the other hand had no trouble recognizing you. Do you have any other facial expressions or is that scowl just permanently affixed to your face?" He slowly and purposefully turned his gaze down to his prefect's badge and back up to Sienna. "Oh, no I don't kiss up to professors... or prefects for that matter... ok maybe one prefect..." He finished with a sly and malicious grin, "I don't know what possessed them to give me the badge, Then again, Ravenclaw actually values intelligence so I guess it has something to do with my top marks."
She then launched into a tirade about all the names he'd called her. It had been quite a while since their last encounter but he was pretty sure she'd left a couple out. "My dear," he emphasized the word dear and made sure to speak it in a pompous way, "One's days of the condescending flowcharts are never over... some non-Ravenclaws require a more detailed breakdown... and that's, you know, that's ok. I believe we should all strive to do, only that which we enjoy, and I certainly enjoy a good, condescending flowchart."
He dropped the pompous accent and returned to his normal speaking voice. "And I like to think I'm setting an example right now, remaining calm with an unreasonable person running into me and immediately becoming aggressive. No, the truth is, if I wanted I could call you those things again... fortunately I have a sufficiently expansive vocabulary that I don't need to reuse insults. You frigid, glowering, passive-aggressive, uncoordinated termagant." His face and voice then turned again, this time, to one that somehow conveyed mocking and genuine gratitude at the same time, "In all honesty, I really should thank you for throwing me into the lake. If it hadn't been for that I wouldn't have met Sam, who's really... quite lovely. We went to the ball together and had a wonderful time. And it's all thanks to you." The final dagger plunged in he smiled and concluded with, "So, how're things at the Fortress of Solitude?"

Thrills & Chills Bash
Though Valentin had been the one to agree to granting Ginyami's wish, the fox couldn't help but wonder if the goblin king's hesitation in describing what he saw in the orb suggested reluctance. Again he wondered if it had been too much to ask, for as much as he yearned to learn Valentin's dreams, he still needed to consider the cost. Everything had a price, after all, and it was becoming clearer by the second that Ginyami's request was taking its own toll on Valentin's generous soul.
It was like watching the black poison of oil spill into a crystal pool full of shimmering, delicate fish, killing them off slowly and soundlessly, one by one. Part of Ginyami wanted to stop it, yet still another part of him found a beauty in the event all its own. Why the White Seeker had allowed the oil to be spilt in the first place if it was going to cause such damage, the Japanese student didn't know, but once he had started something, he didn't seem like the sort who was willing to turn back. The inner turmoil was evident in each line of Valentin's features even as he started to whisper what he saw.
Dark, narrow eyes followed the actions of each of his hands as they moved protectively over himself. Ginyami listened adamantly as he regarded the taller boy, feeling as though he were watching a performance from a play. The intensity with which Valentin spoke and moved conveyed more sincerity than any play's actor, however, leaving no room for doubt that the described scene was truly his heart's dream. It was so vivid that Ginyami developed a strong urge to look away when he witnessed Valentin's face as he described being kissed - as though he were an unwelcome intruder stumbling upon a scene he had no right to see.
He didn't look away, though. He was determined to pay attention to every passing moment, every minute movement, up until the very end. Once Valentin had finished, he swayed unsteadily as though he had just been dealt a physical blow. Ginyami automatically reached out an arm to try to catch and support him, but the Durmstrang student had already righted himself. The stomach growl that followed caused the fox to put a polite hand to his mouth so as to hide the smile of amusement that stole across his lips.
"We will fly soon enough," he assured his peer, taking him firmly by the arm then out of concern for his balance. "In the meantime, let us get you something to eat."
Valentin seemed to have other ideas, however, calling him something in what might have been Russian before following it up with what must have been an English translation for his addressee's benefit. When he asked what the orb showed him, Ginyami stilled, having thought he might have been able to escape that particular question. His smile relayed defeat then, but he asked anyway, "Didn't you ask if, afterwards, I would like to join you in dancing?" In the state Valentin was in, though, Ginyami doubted he could dance. It seemed only through sheer willpower was he even able to stand straight. "Before that, though, I really think we need to get you something to eat. I insist." he said, attempting to lead the taller teen by the arm toward the tables of food.

"We will fly soon enough. In the meantime, let us get you something to eat," asserted Ginyami, taking Valentin firmly by the arm. Soft pewter eyes blinked languidly as Val's head lolled to the side. The spilling tendrils of black oil had indeed sucked much of the power from the Goblin King, and yet, curls at the corners of his lips made the pale boy look quite like a cat enjoying its human’s touch. A lively warmth returned to Val’s face as if he were in the process of recharging. In fact, Valentin was so entranced that he didn’t hear anything past ‘we will fly soon.’
“Now, then, Лисичка, little fox… indulge me. What does the orb show you?” Crossing his arms while Ginyami still grasped his bicep, Valentin’s grin spread with cozy delirium as he hazily spied the fox’s own smile.
"Didn't you ask if, afterwards, I would like to join you in dancing?" responded Ginyami. As Valentin’s eyes widened to normal size and stared at a far wall, Valentin’s smile faded until it was gone: Ginyami might not actually reciprocate. Still, Valentin had the advantage of seeing Ginyami tip his hand before, in the dining hall – he knew the black-haired boy was exceptionally perceptive and socially adroit. In fact, Valentin suspected Ginyami was smart enough to perceive Valentin’s recognition of the fox evading the question. The kitsune wasn’t even asking for more time – he was simply changing the topic. Wasn’t it an even more terrible price for Ginyami to pay, wondered Valentin with saddening eyes, if he really wouldn’t answer and thereby damaged Valentin’s trust? With an ache of regret, the seeker decided it must be his own fault for having put Ginyami on the spot, asking him to reveal such a sacred part of himself. Valentin felt it must not be for lack of the fox’s courage, but rather because he had imposed too much, moved too quickly in their relationship again. He didn’t want to force such a precious gift from the boy if he did not wish to give it, which would be as brutish as tearing a holy flower from its forest refuge. Such a blossom would only wilt in his hands within moments. Valentin could never bring himself to make such a grotesque demand.
“Dancing,” Valya repeated after Ginyami in the falling pitch of sorrow. The seeker’s argent eyes glazed over as he began to think about the previous ball, and how he wasn’t able to ask anyone to dance there – not in an actual dance, anyway.
"Before that, though, I really think we need to get you something to eat. I insist." Valentin stood there, black oil still suffocating him within his crystal pool, but gathering strength through the firm grip on his arm and enjoying the assertive sentiment trickling through his hunger-impaired mind… Ginyami was beginning to move him, pulling him along, until Valentin jerked his head upright and dropped his mouth along with his arms.
“Eat!? You want me to EAT?!” With a horrified glance of protest, Valentin began to shrink backwards, although he did not try to reclaim his arm from Ginyami’s grip. “Heavens, why should I have to do that here? Now? There is so much to do. Important things, in fact, such as dancing, and… hearing about your dreams.” Yes, he remembered. He wasn’t going to hide his feelings, just like he wasn’t going to demand Ginyami’s answer. “You can’t! We at least have to dance before this moment is over!” Knowing the flash mob could end just as quickly as it had started, Valentin did not want to make Ginyami miss it because Snail Schnell had been too slow.
“Here, at least take my hand. I don’t know this style at all, but I can make something up.”

Thrills & Chills Bash
When Valentin looked away and his smile disappeared, it did not go unnoticed. So, it wasn't just idle curiosity that had him asking, then, Ginyami thought. He really wants to know my dreams. It was only fair he satisfy the seeker then, especially after that stunning performance he gave describing his own dreams. There would be time for that later, though. In the meantime, he was more concerned about the sounds Valentin's stomach had made earlier.
As amused and interested as he was in what influenced the sorrow in the word 'dancing' when Valentin said it, Ginyami was ultimately taken aback by the response his insistence for his peer to eat had elicited. Valentin's whole body seemed to recoil at the prospect and Ginyami stopped pulling him along, curious to find out what the matter was. There was the fact that he might have wanted to do other things, yes, but had it really warranted a reaction like that to eating?
"Do you...not like the food?" he asked, perplexed as he glanced over at the tables of various dishes set out for the event. He had heard questionable rumors about Hogwarts' food, it was true, but surely the organizer of this party wouldn't have left anything to chance lest he wanted to be held responsible. Had Valentin, perhaps, had a bad experience that had colored his perception, though?
As insistent as Ginyami was that Valentin eat, however, the albino boy seemed even more persistent that they dance instead. The Japanese student supposed he was at least right about them having to dance if they were going to before the dance was over. So he took Valentin's hand as instructed and attempted to follow his lead, laughing at the absurdity of it all. If the Seeker fell over from starving himself or fatigue, Ginyami supposed he would deal with that then, but he resolved to keep a close watch on Valentin in the meantime.

Thrills & Chills Bash

"Do you...not like the food?" asked Ginyami, perplexed. Certainly Valentin couldn’t silence the warnings Aida had drilled into his head, but even if he hadn’t known better, the roots of the seeker’s problem lay much deeper.
“I’m sure the food is a delight – certainly I appreciate the creativity of the arrangement. I just…” Valentin thought back on Aida, the pathological truthteller, and wondered exactly how much detail he should divulge in such a public place. An instigator of the flash mob was even making the rounds to examine the results of their handiwork. With a knowing smile that asked Ginyami to wait, Valentin took the boy’s hand and pulled him into a mutual medium-velocity spin. Of course, what for Val was a moderate speed was, for most people, still very fast.
“Hold tight!” Valentin laughed as he put his bodyweight into the turn, arm fully outstretched and strong grip not letting go… not letting go…
"Who the hell do you think I am, Val? I don't let go. Never," whispered a voice in Val’s head.
Then why did you let me go? Valya wondered back. Now, here he was, a comet flying off into dark space towards a silver anomaly.
Valentin observed Ginyami’s face for a moment before pulling him into a closer rotation with the raise of his hand in a classical spin. Quite a different tone of music was playing in Valentin’s head to the beat laid down by the flash mob, even though it hurt that what was inside didn’t match the outside. Then, after three revolutions he curled his palm around Ginyami’s hand with gentle constriction in order to slow his spin until they faced each other once more. Valya’s eyes narrowed, as if concentrating, as his left hand reached for the boy’s waist. Like a cluster of crackling firecrackers partly submerging underwater, variegated emotions flickered across Valya’s face with the close of his eyes. Having taken years of private dance lessons, Valentin yearned to use what he had invested so much of himself into. Just as the quidditch pitch called him to make use of his fine-honed skills, Valya wanted to show his dance partner his finest moves now. Yet, he was not ready. A ghost was dancing in his mind across the bottom of the London quidditch stadium, gallivanting about like a child set free… free, and yet terribly, terribly alone.
Leaning in close to Ginyami’s ear, Valentin guided the boy into a slow circle as he tried to bring himself back into the present moment. Warm air from Valya's natural bunny nose breezed through Ginyami's hair and the taller boy whispered: “I’ll… tell you. It’s not that I’m not hungry, it’s that… I get terribly embarrassed by eating in public. After years of people staring at me, pressuring me to eat on command, I… I feel dirty. It feels forced and not like myself when others can see me do it, even when no one says anything. Eating is a private thing, to me. To feel comfortable enough to do it, I need to feel at peace. I would sooner be naked than eat in public, so awkward and personal it is. The warnings I heard about the food at Hogwarts just add one more layer, so, despite the fun and effort our host put into it… even my trying would spoil the magic of the evening.” Valentin squeezed Ginyami’s right hand, his glove velvety and strong with the characteristic buttery softness of lambskin.
The goblin king drew his face back from Ginyami’s ear to look into his eyes. A faint grin passed over Valya’s face as he thought how beautiful it would be if he could make the fox smile. Even beneath the king’s gloves, the boy felt warm and alive. With a glance over Ginyami’s shoulder, Valentin observed some of the moves people around them were doing. Make something up, Valik. Don’t just leave him hanging, he scolded himself.
Compressing the boy’s hand again to indicate a tempo change, Valentin pulled away and slid into a narrow forward-facing stance, like that of a fencer, but wove his feet to the left and right with renewed interest in the true music of the moment. He lunged forward and back with a playful snarl at Ginyami, locking eyes, and twisted away into a solo revolution around the boy with his back facing him. It’s alright. Let’s play, the seeker thought, inhaling. At the end of his turn he faced the fox again, new energy in his features – excitement – and thrust both hands into the air as if to command the sky. His arms shook for a moment as if overwhelmed with electricity while his mouth opened into a happy smirk. He then threw down his hands to either side as he began to freestyle the dance of the goblin king. Playing to his dance partner the entire time, Valentin acted out ordering Ginyami to follow him, a niggling amusement betraying the king’s enjoyment of his role. Yet, Valentin's amethyst eyes still twinkled with an unspoken wish as he whirled about the fox, taking in the sights of Ginyami's style with his keen gaze. Pressing on through his hungering and lightheadedness, with some of Valentin's power restored at the other boy's hand, the goblin king danced as if the ballroom were indeed his own domain.

Thrills & Chills Bash

As soon as he saw her and straightened up, his words had the normal pompous, know-it-all tone she could only find from him. It was good to see that some things never changed between people. Her own carefully crafted insults were met by his, which had not decreased in quality or stupidity since the last time she had seen him. "No, this scowl is reserved for you. You see, when I look at your face, I can't help but be repulsed, hence the scowl."
It took a lot to resist the urge to roll her eyes as Bubba admitted to kissing up to Sam. As he continued to speak words of meaningless nonsense, she heard him start up their old argument between Ravenclaw and Gryffindor. "Just because you're in Ravenclaw, doesn't mean you're the only ones that care about intelligence. Not everyone is such a stereotype like you."
His voice took on a new, arrogant air to it. He called her "my dear" and it was then her expression changed to fury for a split second before resuming its natural uncaring state. "And yet, it would only ever be a Ravenclaw to suggest such a thing. Perhaps it is the eagles that need the more detailed breakdown. Would you create a step by step flowchart of a strategy a minute before a duel? Sometimes intelligence is knowing when to think your way through something, and knowing when to act," she reasoned.
"Unreasonable?" she muttered. "What's unreasonable is having to stay through three letters, a mental breakdown, and an argument with a prefect of your own house over one simple apology." Her carefully crafted insults had only one intention, to bring Bubba down off whatever throne he believed himself to be sat upon. "Frigid...glowering...passive-aggressive...uncoordinated...termagant," she mulled over each of his new insults. "I have to say, your insults really haven't improved with time."
She had to process his next words. Him and Sam? They did suit each other perfectly, Sienna supposed. Unreasonable, irritating, and constantly pretending they had more brain cells than one. "Maybe I should throw you in again for luck then. Honestly, I am jealous of every single person in this world you have never met. I would take pity on Sam, had she not the same level of stupidity as yourself," she added with an evil grin. "Couldn't be better," she replied. "How about you in the Stronghold of Half-Witted Imbeciles?"
