Oliver was really busy everyday. He always was. Not to mention studying in advance. He denied being a nerd because of obvious reasons. But, deep down, he thought he was. Everyone else too most probably. That would explain why he had only made the most friends in Ravenclaw which wasn’t a lot. Somehow, he had managed to finish all of his work. He was free to do whatever he wanted to.

He thought about what he would do on his bed. Draw? No he didn’t feel like… practice the guitar? Meh. He resorted to his last resort, reading. He knew it looked lame. Who wanted to read when they were free? He pushed it aside and he went to the grounds. Wow it was cold. No way he was gonna read here.

He backtracked and he ventured into the halls of Hogwarts before he saw the doors of the library. It was quiet here. He would be able to finish reading his book. He walked inside and looked around. The familiar smell of new ( and old ) books, the familiar scratching of pens and flipping of pages, and if he wasn’t mistaken, the librarian scolding somebody. But he didn’t know for sure because he had found the row that he would be sitting in.

He walked down the row and sat down beside a girl with dark brown hair who he had seen a few times while switching classes. She seemed to be intent on finishing her work. He was going to say something, but didn’t continue. She probably didn’t want to be distracted. He should know, he doesn’t like it either. He pulled out his book and started reading while humming the melody his mother used to sing to his as a child. It was quite catchy. He wondered what he would do after he finished reading. He would probably stay here. Maybe make a new friend or two.
