Hello! You were assigned to be my new quill pal! I sure hope that we can be good friends, although I haven't been notified of your name yet. Perhaps you'd like to keep it a secret, at least I'll keep mine until you'd tell me what you prefer. I like dragons, do you? My father works with them all the time! Did you have a nice Halloween by the way? I'm a first year so I felt a bit odd spending it here, I'm used to watching scary movies with my siblings. Hiya Quill Pal!
I too know nothing about you! I don't mind dragons. My Halloween was good! Let's write whenever- I love receiving owls! How about we play a guessing game. In our letters we can each tell each other clues about ourselves and try and guess who we are. The hints can be anything about ourselves, something we did, things we like and they don't have to be blatantly obvious like clue: I'm a Ravenclaw. They could be hidden! What do you think? Dear Quill Pal,

I'd love to play the guessing game! It's pretty difficult to figure out who you are because you're a Ravenclaw and there's so many! But I don't know many Ravenclaws personally, so I'd need more clues. I'm a Hufflepuff and a first year, that should make things easier. If we are both first years we are bound to have meet each other before or soon, right? Oh, did you go to the ball last month? I was dancing in the courtyard with a boy with black hair.

So you're a Hufflepuff! I'm sure we would have met. Yes, I did go to the ball last month, my dress was navy. What's your family like? My mother and sister are pure. I wonder if I can see you right now, as I write this in the Great Hall. Maybe you saw me too! I don't know many Hufflepuffs either. My friends are mostly in Ravenclaw and Slytherin.

Hmm, I didn't recall seeing a navy dress, then again there's a chance that we were in different areas. So you're a pureblood! Well, my father works with dragons and is a pureblood. Oh, I'm also in Animal Lovers Club! And many many others, I try to be very involved. I do recall seeing some Hufflepuffs specifically with people of those houses. Are you blonde?

My favorite is Girls Wanna Have Fun! I have a fluffy cat so it's possible that they could cross paths with one another if yours has four legs too. Lately I went to a camp meeting for one of my clubs.
