Hello, I have always written in 1rst person point of view. In this RP I will Do it in 3rd person to see if I like it. I hope you Enjoy and Please Owl me your comments
*****
Luke was lying on the ground, Unconscious. His black Robe(which was now battered because of Herbology and Potions) was stained with blood. His skinny face was fluttered with dirt in all areas including a speck of grass stuck in his nose. Luke was in great despair, having finally conceded to defeat...
*****
Luke Whitlock had stopped all his wonderful exploring in the Castle in the previous week. He had sacrificed a lot in order to be able to see out his plan. The culprit for his wrong-doing was none other than the house elf Mikendilla. After the mysterious first encounter with the House-Elf, He often asked her questions and she was always obliged to answer.
A week prior to Luke's incident he had met Mikendilla in the dungeons, cleaning stains caused by the mystifying potions produced by students. After-all Professor Regan Was a brilliant potion expert and taught her student's only the best, and unfortunately the best caused stains.
After a prompt greeting with the Mikendilla, Luke found the bravery to reveal his ever-daring question:
"Look Mikendilla. I need to ask you a question." Luke demanded.
"Go On Sir, Anything I am do for You" the House-Elf encouragingly replied.
"Can you show me a way into the forbidden forest?" Luke whispered.
The House-Elf's Reaction was Ponderous. She seemed bewildered by the demand. An immense fight had raised between the elf's two root characteristics("The will to help anyone" and "Not breaking Rules"). After a few moments of this tremendously interesting, inner clash, The first instinct won.
"You is to find a way to get past the game keeper's residence" the elf slyly whispered. "You could use magic, But the best way is to creep up to the game keeper's house. I will tell you no more. Please no ask Mikendilla such stuff anymore!" the elf bellowed with a high pitched voice and scattered away...
Luke was ignited with happiness! He had gotten the answer he was looking for. He spent a full week working up a plan to commence his mischievous action. He was often found strolling late into the night(within his dorm) devising essential parts of his deed.
Finally, the day had arrived. He seemed nervous, But on the surface he looked come and ready.

He got up and started sprinting towards the great Hall. The mesmerizing "Lub-Dub" of his heart was feeding the mischievous soul of Luke. After-all he was part of the group of people that made up their own rules. As he reached the entrance hall he witnessed a glimpse of the game keeper. This was his moment. He had to take this opportunity and he did. He took a sharp turn toward the exiting corridor. After a while of inter-castle-routing he reached the Castle exit opening towards the game keeper's Residence.OUT OF CHARACTER NOTE: Lol I just noticed the last sentence was from Eminem's Rap song "Lose yourself". Fun thing to point out
He slyly galloped towards the Hut. after a swift turn he was behind a huge rock. He didn't want to be spotted after all. Furthermore, He had grown immensely tired trying to find the way to the right exit. Adrenalin was Surely one the most dominant component's of his blood. He burst into a run.
When he Reached the front yard entrance he took an ambitious leap over the Fence and Reached the door of the house. he went to the back yard of the hut and leaped out to enter the Forbidden forest.
Suddenly at the beginning of the Forest he head "BANG" and Everything went Black...

"Heewe issijdi insijf Critdfijicalfi fofijrmuerw wure justru cran'retrue luret himoutr!"
What! Luke thought to himself. The conversation was blurry. He just wanted to remain sleep.
"Butjif We neeifsif to interojfsjpoggate him on what happerifnd"
Luke shook his head and opened his eyes a Blast of light indulged his vision.
"Can we at least meet Him?"
"NO"
Luke turned around. each blink lessened the annoying light. His vision continuing to improve. He could make out two people talking in the distance. He was in a glamorous room. Tall walls and a chandelier as big as a Lion was installed on the roof. This particular room had a lot of windows. As he further implored the characteristics of the room he saw as sign which read : "HOSPITAL WING".
That's when it hit him. He had failed...

Action Of Mischief
It was a beautiful Sunday morning outside, perfect for a nice stroll along the grounds of Hogwarts. I got dressed up in my usual attire of a white t-shirt as well as my black hoodie, sweatpants, and sneakers. I would then take a bag of pepper imps along with my wand before going outside my dorm and going through the castle until I reached the entrance hall. From there, I would walk outside before beginning to walk around the edge of Great Lake. And after that, I’d walk around the edge of the Forbidden Forest, passing.by the Groundskeeper’s cabin and continuing forward and a few minutes later, I had switched to walking alongside then castle walls as I was already walking back.Dave - #cd0a2f
It was then that I noticed a boy running at the fence surrounding the Groundkeepers cabin before leaping over it and continuing towards the back of the hut. I realized that they were heading towards the Forbidden Forest and shouted “STOP!”, but he didn’t hear me and kept on running. I quickly took out my wand and pointed it at one of the pumpkins in the groundkeeper’s garden before making a swish and a flick whilst saying “Wingardium Leviosa!” As my spell hit the pumpkin, I lifted it up before making it hit the back of the figure’s head, knocking them out. Honestly, what were they thinking, going into the Forbidden Forest? It was called forbidden for a reason, and that was because it was dangerous as it had all sorts of dangerous creatures in it.
I rushed over to the boy and attempted to pick him up to carry him to the hospital wing, but he proved to be too heavy, of course. I was relatively weak so I couldn’t carry him, but that was where my wand would come in. I pointed my wand at him before casting Wingardium Leviosa on his robes and lifting him up. I would then walk back towards the castle, carrying the boy a few inches from the ground so that he wouldn’t take much damage if I accidentally lost my concentration on the spell. I then took the long way around to the Hospital Wing as I didn’t want anyone to see me levitating an unconscious body. After a bit of walking, I arrived at my destination where the boy was admitted to the hospital wing to be treated while I had to explain why I had intentionally hit him with a pumpkin.
Mentioning @Luke Whitlock.

Action Of Mischief
After gaining consciousness in the Hospital wing, Luke knew that he had to know what had happened to him. Why was he knocked out? He hadn't even entered the forest Yet! While pondering these questions Luke witnessed a boy talking close to the entrance of the hospital wing with an unidentifiable Person. The Kid was wearing a white T-short, a black hoodie and sweat pants. He was Relatively tall, had shoulder length hair with a Slim figure. He didn't look that strong though he had a nice aroma to him. As Luke scanned the are for more people he noticed the boy suddenly move toward him at high speeds. Luke didn't know what to do. was he going to attack him? Luke got up with a sudden jump.
The moment he had jumped on to his feet he knew he had made a grave mistake. He started experiencing one of the most intensely annoying moments of his life. Superbly dizzy head, His eyes blurred, A loud Ringing noise blasting his ear were some of the many unfortunate circumstances bothering him at the moment. He suddenly fell back at his bed and started breathing fast.
The Dark haired boy had approached them. He had the most splendid green eyes. When Reaching Luke, Luke suddenly got his wand out and pointed it to the young boy attacking him. After all, Luke was really mistrusting of people, and this lad was not giving him any reassurance.
Suddenly he felt really stupid for having his wand out. Certainly feeling stupid was somewhat of a strange occurrence for Luke. All-in-all he was, "Luke Whitlock"! He still didn't know any magic so this was really pointless, He thought to himself.
Luke Bellowed rather angrily: 'What do You want from me!'
The Boy, which Luke learned his name to be Dave, Explained what had happened to Luke. After a while of him explicating the situation in fascinating detail, Luke felt like he was convinced.
It was at that moment that he knew, His ambitious side had Turned On.
'Wow, I'm impressed with your wingardium leviosa skills. You know, I am new at this school and I would love to know more about casting spells and dueling. If truth be told, I would greatly appreciate it if you show me how to duel and how you cast spells with such technique' Luke implored with a nasty tone.
This was Luke's best tongue using at work. Ever Since he was a child, he could always persuade his friends to teach him stuff they knew. His mystifying tricky tongue was pretty much a spell in it self. It had to be cast in the most optimized fashion for it to affect the receiver. Having your body movement's completely under control and mastered was a priority. You needed to speak with a certain aroma and required a mesmerizing choice of words. For instance, in this current situation with David, he used his supreme speech routines, and went for his Intuitive 'Go big for small' technique. He asked for a lot to get the minimization from it.
Ofcourse since the listener doesn't normally know these tactics, he falls into Luke's trap of gaining Knowledge. Luke stood there with his fingers crossed looking forward to making an extremely powerful friend which could bestow his knowledge upon him. He stood there, trying to welcome a

Action Of Mischief
It seemed that every few days a new unconscious child was arriving in the hospital wing. The children of Hogwarts seemed to have an endless variety of ways to injure themselves and others, performing experiments with basic, first-year charms that would put the most conniving dark wizard to shame with their simple ingenuity. This particular patient was a victim of the levitation charm. Well, not the charm itself - merely the aftershocks of having a pumpkin levitated up and then dropped on top of his head. At least the injury was seasonal, and not related to any sort of ritual magic or poisoning, like a concerning amount of his other cases.
Approaching Luke's bedside with a clipboard in hand was Polonius, jotting down some notes with a large black quill. David had explained how exactly Luke ended up getting taken down with a pumpkin, and Polonius reacted with a surprising level of clinical detachment, simply nodding and jotting down the 'reason for visit' on his record. He was not in the business of enforcing rules - Hogwarts had other staff for that - but it seemed especially egregious to ignore one student confessing to an assault on the other, even if it was in the interest of safety.
"Good morning," said the nurse to Luke, with a bright smile to the freshly awoken boy. The patient was in good spirits. He was speaking with his assailant, apparently quite impressed by his ability to take people down with pumpkins. "Hm. Well, you're fortunate that a mild headache is the worst of your maladies - if you'd been allowed to continue to your destination we'd likely have to send out a search party to find whatever was left of you!"
Polonius let out a rehearsed laugh, apparently not considering that the student might be unnerved to know that he nearly became monster chow. "Um... of course, in the interest of safety, I would have to ask you simply report any breaches of the school rules to a prefect or professor, rather than taking safety into your own hands. However, it doesn't appear your... uh... victim is interested in having you put in detention."
The nurse paused, stroking his stubbly chin. It was a shame that Luke was so merciful - he could use a few students to clean his cauldrons right about now, especially after that mishap with Professor Wickham-Deakin resulted in a massive degree of waste. "...However again... what you did was very dangerous, both of you..." he said, his gaze darting from Luke to David, then back again - obviously considering doling out a punishment anyway. He could be swayed in either direction, depending on what the boys said.

Action Of Mischief
As the boy I had knocked out woke up, the school nurse, a man named Mr. Frogge greeted him with a “Good morning.” I then decided to apologize to the boy for knocking him out and while explaining to him that I had only the best intentions in mind when I did it. As I came up to him, the boy quickly took out his wand and pointed it at me I quickly raised my hands up in the air. “What do you want from me!?” He asked me angrily clearly untrusting of me.Dave - #cd0a2f
Luke - #287b9c
Polonus - #2d4f32
“Well, I just want to apologize.” I started. For what I did. And you don’t have to worry, I’m not going to hurt you, even though if I really wanted to then I could hurt you in quite a few ways, and it was one of them that resulted in you being here. Not that I wanted to hurt you, I just wanted to protect you. See, students aren’t allowed into the Forbidden Forest unless they have permission from a professor and leaping the Groundkeeper’s fence before going into the Forbidden Forest without an adult in sight doesn’t look like you have permission to do so. I called for you to stop but you either couldn’t hear, or just straight up ignored me so I did the only thing that came to my mind, I used Wingardium Leviosa on a pumpkin before using it to knock you out. Now that was a very hard task since the pumpkin was quite far away and I already tend to miss a lot during actual dueling, but I the pumpkin was easier to hit due to it being still and not having the ability to dodge my spell. Then, once you were down, I had to carry you all the way up here with another Wingardium Leviosa. So yeah, I’m sorry about the whole ordeal. I’m David Howard by the way, but you can call me Dave.”
In response, the boy said “Wow, I'm impressed with your Wingardium Leviosa skills. You know, I am new at this school and I would love to know more about casting spells and dueling. If truth be told, I would greatly appreciate it if you show me how to duel and how you cast spells with such technique.” Well to be honest, the technique I use only requires you to wave your wand, say some magic words, and concentrate on the effect you want your spell to have. That last one is the hardest in my opinion, especially when you’re just starting out although there with are a few exceptions like Repairifarge. And if you really want to, then I could show you how to duel and give you a few tips on casting spells that I learned along the way or was taught by others. Say, how does sometime tomorrow sound? I’m supposed to hang out with my brother Matthew later today, but I’m practicing spells tomorrow in the Dueling Room so you could come there tomorrow for me to show you. It’s on the fourth floor and if you don’t known where that is, then you just go out that exit and take a left. Then, you should see a staircase leading up to the fourth floor and after climbing it, you should come face to face with the Dueling Room.”
Once I finished speaking, the Mr. Frogge turned to the boy before saying “Hm. Well, you're fortunate that a mild headache is the worst of your maladies, if you'd been allowed to continue to your destination we'd likely have to send out a search party to find whatever was left of you?” Then turning to me, he said “Um... of course, in the interest of safety, I would have to ask you simply report any breaches of the school rules to a prefect or professor, rather than taking safety into your own hands. However, it doesn't appear your... uh... victim is interested in having you put in detention.” And then, speaking to the both of us, he said “However, again, what you did was very dangerous, both of you.”
“Well Mr. Frogge,” I started in defense for my actions. “normally I would go to a prefect or a professor to report him but seeing as he was already entering the Forbidden Forest, I wanted to at least try to stop him before reporting the situation to someone if I failed. And are you suggesting that you won’t give me detention? Despite the fact that I broke three school rules today?”

Action Of Mischief
'Good Morning' Said the school Nurse, Mr. Frogge amusingly.
Luke jumped back startled. He hadn't noticed Mr. Frogge being by his bed this whole time.
He continued: "Hm. Well, you're fortunate that a mild headache is the worst of your maladies - if you'd been allowed to continue to your destination we'd likely have to send out a search party to find whatever was left of you!"
Then he looked over to Dave, somewhat annoyed. Mr. Frogge was an interesting man. He had Dark hair and grey eyes, So mystifying that you could stare at it for ages. He was mostly indifferent and oblivious to his surroundings. A quiet, Uneventful man that worked tirelessly trying to maintain the health of Hogwarts's Students(and Staff).
"Um... of course, in the interest of safety, I would have to ask you simply report any breaches of the school rules to a prefect or professor, rather than taking safety into your own hands. However, it doesn't appear your... uh... victim is interested in having you put in detention." He said with a touch of disappointment.
He suddenly looked at Luke, then Dave, then Luke again. He stated to both: “However, again, what you did was very dangerous, both of you.”
Suddenly Dave Quickly responded: "Well Mr. Frogge, normally I would go to a prefect or a professor to report him but seeing as he was already entering the Forbidden Forest, I wanted to at least try to stop him before reporting the situation to someone if I failed. And are you suggesting that you won’t give me detention? Despite the fact that I broke three school rules today?”
Luke Gave Dave a sudden Nudge(kick) in the shins. Why was Dave acting like this! He shouldn't even Bring up the fact that Mr. Frogge can give them detention. All things taken into account, Mr. Frogge might've forgotten all about the fact that he and Dave had broken Rules!
Luke didn't know how to act. He knew that his choice of words could cause him to have to endure detention.
He suddenly had a Great Idea: "Sir, I think it has to be me. I was the one doing the stupid, and I tried to sneak into the forest. If you want to propose detention, I think it has to be me to be disciplined." He said Slyly. After-all, everyone loved a noble, brave person. "Also, I would like to purpose you actually grant Dave some house points, because he acted boldly and bravely. I still would like to apologies for my misbehavior. I promise it won't happen again". The moment these words left his mouth he wished he hadn't chosen this way of responding to the matter. By asking the Nurse to give Dave House points, he had stepped out his line and might've offended Mr. Frogge.
He was still unsure of this when Mr. Frogge Replied:...

Action Of Mischief
Polonius was perplexed by the interaction between the two young students. Threats were exchanged, though there seemed to be a mutual respect and understanding between the two based upon David's vigilantism. David's defense was fairly ironclad - Polonius would agree that it was the right thing to do in this scenario. After all, a pumpkin to the head was kinder than anything the forest would dish out. The nurse was not sure if he liked the student's tone, however. Polonius leaned his head back and looked down through his spectacles at David, trying to get a measure of him before turning back to the boy who was still recovering.
"Er..." Polonius murmured, not entirely certain what he ought to do in this scenario. He had some sort of responsibility to keep the students from breaking the rules, but there were obviously scenarios in which the rules could be bent.
Luke jumped in to offer his own opinion on how the nurse should proceed. Polonius nodded, listening intently to the judgement of his 11-year-old patient. Further baffling Polonius, Luke seemed to be suggesting that he be given detention for his attempted transgression of entering the Forest. Was the rule still broken if one got a pumpkin to the back of the head before they could finish breaking it?
The man's brow furrowed as he considered the young boy's suggestion. Award his assailant house points? What? Polonius wasn't certain he actually had the authority to grant house points to the students, considering he was only a nurse. The actual education and upbringing of the students was entirely out of his hands, as long as they were uninjured. But that didn't mean he couldn't be a good influence. There was one course of action that would serve him as well as them - not an official detention, but something adjacent.
"...I accept your apology, but nobody will be receiving any house points today. I do have something you could do - when you're feeling up to it - however." After an unfortunate incident with the cabinet left the Hospital Wing woefully depleted of ingredients, it had been a non-stop brewing bonanza, with the nurse desperately replenishing his stocks of healing potion. This meant he had been left with a lot of dirty cauldrons. "I am sure you boys have been taught how to care for cauldrons in your potions class, correct? I could use some help cleaning my potions set... er, well, sets..."

Action Of Mischief
Once I finished speaking, the boy gave me a sudden kick in the shins, probably because I asked the school nurse if he was suggesting that I wouldn’t get detention. Well, I never suggested giving the boy detention, but he probably thought that the school nurse would give both of us detentions, something that he probably didn’t want. However, as I heard the boy’s next words, I was immediately proved wrong. “Sir, I think it has to be me. I was the one doing the stupid, and I tried to sneak into the forest. If you want to propose detention, I think it has to be me to be disciplined.” Well he clearly didn’t want me to get detention so he probably realized that he was in the wrong by going attempting to get into the Forbidden Forest without the permission or supervision of one of the professors. But what he said next surprised me even more. “Also, I would like to purpose you actually grant Dave some house points, because he acted boldly and bravely. I still would like to apologies for my misbehavior. I promise it won't happen again”.Dave - #cd0a2f
Luke - #287b9c
Polonus - #2d4f32
Oh crap, this was embarrassing. I mean, I get why he wanted me to given house points as I may have saved his life depending on how far he wanted to go into the forest, but at the same time, I was just ensuring that he wouldn’t be breaking the rule that stated that students may not enter the Forbidden Forest without permission from professors, a rule I knew had very severe consequences if broken as the forest was very dangerous. “I accept your apology,” Mr. Frogge started, “but nobody will be receiving any house points today. I do have something you could do, when you're feeling up to it however. I am sure you boys have been taught how to care for cauldrons in your potions class, correct? I could use some help cleaning my potions set... er, well, sets.” Well, I guess I was wrong after all as Mr. Frogge had given us detention now. I was assuming that we weren’t going to be allowed to use magic, which was better after they were cleaned as I didn’t know any spell to polish things which was why I had to manually polish my cauldron. As Mr. Frogge was a healer, he likely made a lot of potions so he probably had a lot of cauldrons to clean, and considering the fact that it took me around a quarter of an hour to fully clean and polish mine after class, it would take a few hours for all three of us to clean all of Mr. Frogge’s cauldrons if we all worked together and if he had as much cauldrons as I though he did.
“Well, the punishment could’ve been worse.” I began. “Is there any specific date you have in mind for us to meet on? I have plans with my brother this Sunday so any time on the upcoming Saturday would work. If you want to work on the cauldron next week then the next Sunday would work since I have plans for the Saturday of that week. And then there’s of course, his plans.” I then turned towards the boy before saying “Sorry, but I never caught your name so would you mind sharing it?”
Mentioning @Luke Whitlock and @Polonius Frogge.

Action Of Mischief
'Awww Dang it', Was the first thing that Came to Luke's Mind after Mr. Frogge had spoken. He had gotten detention. This wasn't a rare occurrence though he detested detention. Wasting your time to do something like magic could easily do. And since Luke was an ambitious folk, he didn't like using his time on non-productive stuff, except maybe quidditch. Plus Cauldron cleaning was as dull as History of Magic.
Luke's Brain suddenly started it's coping mechanisms. Luke started thinking about all the things he could say in-order to get out of this situation. A sudden glance at the wall on his left, then on his right... He could see a person on a broom whip pas the window. an owl was gliding in the distance, probably delivering a letter. All this thinking was swarming Luke's Brain. This often happened to Luke in Stressful Situations.
Suddenly Dave Began: “Well, the punishment could’ve been worse.”. “Is there any specific date you have in mind for us to meet on? 'Luke is My name, And my last name is Whitlock. At your service.' Luke said. Only when the words had already left his mouth he came to discover he had chosen a weird way of expressing himself. He felt queasy. 'Who talks Like that!' he murmured to himself. Looking aghast he suddenly started to feel his ears go red. He had a sudden look at Mr. Frogge. He imagined himself saying: 'I am Luke Whitlock, and I am not gonna waste 3-5 hours of my time cleaning your cauldrons!'.
The Problem was, He had said it...

Action Of Mischief
Polonius was baffled as David began negotiating the timing of his detention. Perhaps this is what he had been warned about when other parents told him the children of today were becoming more and more entitled? Back when he was a student, he would never have dreamed of dictating when a teacher could give him detention. But still, Polonius doubted himself. He was not senior staff at this point, nor was he even really responsible for the upbringing of the students. He supposed it was fine if Dave had time to see his brother as long as the cauldrons were cleaned.
"Saturday is good," he supposed with a shrug. Was detention on Saturdays a regular occurrence? Would this experience be a valid detention in any official capacity? The system was a complete mystery to Polonius. The group of them would all be learning together what disciplinary penalties the nurse was able to levy.
Luke, too, suddenly blurted out something rebellious about not wasting his time on cauldron cleaning. Polonius blinked in surprise. The injured boy had been relatively polite, if a bit addled by the pumpkin he had taken to the noggin. Such a sudden turn was not expected. Polonius took a moment to process his statement, shocked, though not offended in the slightest.
"Well, I don't think cleaning my cauldrons is a waste of time. Without clean cauldrons, I can't produce the potions I need to heal students," Polonius said. Obviously, Luke just needed to be enlightened on the importance of cauldron cleanliness, then he would understand. "A dirty cauldron can produce poisons instead of potions, you know. It's very important to know how to clean your cauldron. I think you will learn a lot if you help me."
