Oh no I'm so sorry @Suni Íbarez Sorní I hope you feel better soon! Try a heating pad if you have one, or you can put some rice in a sock (hear me out) and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute. Maybe longer depending on how your microwave works.
