Basically someone goes :
Bean : ( Whatever bean it is ) Location : ( Where it is! )
You can then go there, then look on the top of the screen! Sometimes the bean is easy to spot, sometimes hard. When you see it let people know, also click it to collect it

Exactly as Oliver explained! Beans will also refresh every 6 hours, so they'll only be in any given location within that time frame. So a new one popped up a little over an hour ago, and will have a little less than 5 hours left to be collected before a new one shows up somewhere else.
