Ebony grinned when she heard that she had the same problem. Not that it was good or anything, but she was glad to know that there was someone who shared her hardships and what she felt, and that there someone she could confide in. She was so used to bottling everything inside, and that always caused her to be even more terribly moody and more angry and anti-social than she usually was, which anyone would think wasn't possible. As Ebony's eyes kept on following the eagle while it soared, the wind ruffling its feathers, she replied, "I feel like I get anxiety from everything. Homework, talking to new people, bullies... and exams, obviously, as well. I'm glad I don't feel alone," she grinned. As they Allison came over and stood by the window with her, she added as an afterthought, "wouldn't you love to have wings? That's another reason I'm glad I was sorted into Ravenclaw. I love how our animal is an eagle. No offense to you, though, lions are great." If she wasn't in Ravenclaw, she would have hoped for Slytherin or Gryffindor. The wind and the birds and the sound of nature almost made up for the stink of the Owlery. Just almost. But she could just smell it. At least it was cold up here. Ebony enjoyed the cold- a lot. It was the reason why winter was her favourite season. The fresh air immediately made her feel a lot better, less tired, less stressed, and more relaxed. Ah, all the great things about open windows and fresh air. It was a wonder, she enjoyed being alone, usually cooped up in her room or her dorm working on her art, but Ebony enjoyed nature and air as well, the freshness and the serenity inspiring her, calming her. Ebony wondered if this had an effect on everybody, so she asked Allison, "do you like fresh air?"

I watched as Ebony grinned when I told her that my problems were similar to hers. I'm glad to know that she could understand what I was going through so it was nice to confide in her. "I feel like I get anxiety from everything. Homework, talking to new people, bullies... and exams, obviously, as well. I'm glad I don't feel alone," she said. "Oh man, me too. Homework is already stressing me out enough. I think this might be an obvious statement but I have zero tolerance for bullies and I know a lot of other people do too but it hurts bad when you've grown up being bullied. As for exams, any type of test or exam makes me anxious. When it comes to meeting new people, I may seem closed off and shy but once I'm really comfortable with someone, I will open up" I said to Ebony.
"wouldn't you love to have wings? That's another reason I'm glad I was sorted into Ravenclaw. I love how our animal is an eagle. No offense to you, though, lions are great." Ebony asked me. "Having wings sounds like so much fun. Eagles are such beautiful creatures and none taken! I always wondered what it would be like to have free reign and soar to great heights but on a side note, I'm deathly afraid of heights" I said nervously backing away from the window because I was afraid to look down to the ground.
Ebony then went on to tell me how she enjoyed the fresh air and nature and asked me if I liked fresh air as well. "I do enjoy the fresh air. Nature is beautiful and should be appreciated more." I said. "Lets make a plan of where we want to meet next time. I'll send an owl to your window once I have an idea!" I said excitedly. I hugged Ebony and we parted ways. I was sad to part ways but I know I'll see her again. After all, absence makes the heart grow fonder like my parents used to tell me.
