A Blonde and a Mint Chocolate Chip Closed

At a lonely booth sat the blonde, her mint chocolate chip melting quickly. She was eating it, but at a rather slow pace. Something was on her mind, but it wasn't clear what. The first year didn't have too much to worry about while she was at school, but she seemed to almost always have something troubling her. It was in her nature to be paranoid and anxious.

That was when, surprisingly, someone sat across from her, right in her booth. Alexx wasn't expecting company, as she didn't have many friends, but she wasn't expecting any company to be a stranger. She stared at the stranger blankly, wondering if they were in the wrong booth, if the knew who she was, or if they simply were just friendly enough to come and keep her company. There were more than enough seats at the parlour, so it couldn't be just that they got shoved into any old booth just so that they could sit down. This whole situation was extremely spontaneous.

"Hello, who are you?" Alexx asked. She lifted her head slightly, pushing some hair back to better see the face of her now boothmate if that were a thing. He green eyes peered at them curiously, awaiting a response and a reason for their sitting down with her.

chill babe. we're all bad in someone's story.

"Oh my gosh!" Morgan jumped in her seat, her mint chocolate chip ice cream, in her hands dripping onto the table.

"I'm so sorry, I didn't even notice you were over here. I was trying to find a seat quickly before my ice cream just started melting in my hands," Morgan looked down at her ice cream her face flushed from moving quickly and from embarrassing herself. She started thinking about the ice cream and if there was a spell to get it to freeze again, it started going from one thought to another before Morgan remembered she wasn't alone. Morgan looked up to find the blond-haired girl looking at her and chuckled nervously.

Finally, remember what the girl had asked her when she first got here, "I'm Morgan, nice to meet you." She held out her hand to shake but quickly took it back realizing there was sticky ice cream still on her hands. Morgan chuckled nervously and tried to think of a way to somehow recover her first impression.

"Umm, I'm sorry about this...sticky situation I've put myself in, and now thrust upon you. I'm gonna leave and let you enjoy your ice cream in peace. Again I'm extremely sorry for interrupting you.," Morgan looked around trying to find the fastest route to get somewhere to clean up herself and hopefully eat what's left of her ice cream.

I came, I saw, I made it awkward...
