Locked A meeting with Guinevere Russetwood PV

She felt someone watching.
Irene was supposed to be dancing — ballet, to be specific.
She did not stop, though. Make a good impression. She added twirls and leaps to her dance that she wouldn’t have if the other student was not watching. A girl, seen from the corners of her eye.
Irene noted that she was just a little bit out of breath, due to the excessive movements. She steadied herself and took in a few deep breaths. Calm down. It is alright. With a final spun, she turned towards the girl and curtseyed.
It only took a few moments for Irene to study her. Slytherin, as well. Her house. Yet it was not her house. This wasn’t what was supposed to happen. She should be where she belong, Ravenclaw. Not…not here. She steadied herself yet again. Cunning is a form of intelligence. You have much ambition, too, don’t you?
She wished I had not taken off her mother’s scarf for the practice session. Standing with a Slytherin, she felt truly awkward.
“Hello,” she managed, putting a charming smile onto her face. “What might bring you here today?” So. Irene stood there in her leotard, sticking her chin high and waiting for the girl to answer.
