History

To understand how Suni's family was made, we need to go back to how their parents went into the polyamorous relationship they're in. But before diving into this, we need to understand what polyamory is; in its essence, polyamory is dating multiple people at once with the consent and knowledge of the other partners. Polyamory can come in multiple ways, it doesn't mean that everyone has to date everyone but it means that there's more than one partner and everyone consented and agreed to it. Now with that knowledge, allow me to tell you about their love story.
Initially, Suni's biological mother (Avery) and Suni's biological father (Álvaro) were dating each other, as a monogamous relationship. However, after a while they started to both realize that not only did they share feelings for their partner, but also for someone else. In this case Avery fell in love with Luna while Álvaro fell in love with Skyler. Fortunately, they were both a really healthy and communicative pair, so they spoke about this. They decided that, they would speak about this in private and discuss what to do. Turns out both of them felt the same way; but didn't do anything due to them already having a partner. After a long discussion they have came with the idea of polyamory, and after further discussion they started dating. So Avery was dating Luna and Álvaro, while Álvaro was dating Skyler and Avery.

After being about 3 years together they decided that they wanted a baby! Álvaro and Avery being the only ones in a straight relationship had to be the biological parents, not that it made both Luna and Skyler any less parents than them. Thankfully, it all went well and they had Suni! For about 3 years they were living with Álvaro's grandparents in Spain (since they were born and raised there) and after some consideration, they decided to move into Britain, with Álvaro's grandparents, of course. After that, it was all straight out a fairy tale! Suni's family was full of muggles, but that didn't mean they weren't amazing and magical in their own way. Suni grew up in a loving household which respected her and supported her all the way through! She was homeschooled her whole life since they preferred so, and she became used to the constant loving and intimate feeling of home. She didn't have any friends her age, nor did she use the internet all that much since they had a magnificent forest besides them, but that didn't make her childhood any less good.

Of course, her muggle life ends when she got her letter, Suni, who has been told she is capable of anything and that everything is possible, was more than happy to try it out, even if it meant to leave her family for a while. But she knew they would wait for her. So as nervous as she was, she went to Hogwarts!

So far, Suni hasn't done anything notorious but get sorted into Hufflepuff, but who know what could possibly happen.

Suni's first manifestation of magic

On various ocations, Suni had small manifestations of magic, though she wasn't aware of it. The first ocassion though, was when she was about 7 years old; it was during September, autumn was arriving and the flowers and trees were decaying, at the time, she was running through the forest, searching for a place to rest. There she saw a big tree were she decided to lay down, her back being supported by the trunk. Besides the trunk, there were a few withering flowers, so she entretained herself imagining how they would look once spring returns.
As if a button was pressed, the flowers bloomed for a moment, just like she imagined. She rubbed her eyes for a few seconds, not beliving what she saw. But as quick as it came, it disappeared, and the flowers were dead once again. Nevertheless, she decided to take them to her family. Thinking that she was just having hallucinations.

Avery/Mum: Avery is Suni's biological mother, she was born in Spain and she is a muggle. She didn't have any idea about the wizarding world. However, she always believed in magic and that there is more than meets the eye. She is a really patient and calm woman who loves music and dancing around, she used to work as a vet but once she gave birth she stopped working to dedicate her whole time to educating Suni.

Luna/Ma: Luna is Suni's mom, she was born in Spain and she is a muggle. She is a lively woman who is very energetic and loving, she works as a fashion designer, and she is pretty popular. Fortunately, she can do work at home, so she a lot of the time she designs while Suni sat in a chair, talking to each other. A lot of her designs were inspired by her daughter. Her income is quite high.

Álvaro/Papa: Álvaro is Suni's biological father, he was born in Spain and he is a muggle. He is a fun and creative man who works as a mechanic, he mainly fixes computers on his own workplace, which is at home. He works for himself so he is really flexible when it comes to free time. He loves cooking and he is actually the cook of the house, as he always makes every meal unless he's busy. He makes a good income.

Skyler/Dad: Skyler is Suni's dad, he was born in Spain and he is a muggle. He is really serene and playful, he works as an independent artist. He usually paints, but he also does sculptures and pottery. He owns a small ebay account where he publishes the paints he made on etsy and promotes them on TikTok, he also takes commissions from time to time. His income isn't the highest.

Rosa/Granny: Rosa is Suni's grandma, and Álvaro's mom. She was born in Spain and, although she isn't aware (due to her memory being modified), she actually knew about the wizarding world in Spain. She also practiced the "muggle magic" and she had dedicated a big part of her life meditating, collecting crystals, making muggle spells, etc. Her grandmother is really wise and reliable, and she spends a lot of the time taking care of the garden and orchards the Suni family has. She used to work as a trainer for service dogs for a while until she got into retirement.

Cecilio/Gramps: Cecilio is Suni's grandpa, and Álvaro's father. He was born in Spain and he is a muggle. He comes from a quite healthy family so he has learned a lot about high society and how to conserve wealth. Even so he is a cheesy and warm man, despite his cold facade. He used to be really interested in nature so he studied it and ended up having his own flower shop, which he sold before moving into Britain.

Aurora/Mima: Aurora is Suni's grandma, and Skyler's mom. She was born in Spain and she is a muggle. She is a really sweet woman, she is welcoming and warm and she's the typical lady that ask for your help and ends up telling you stories about her family. She doesn't live with Suni but along with her husband, they visit them really often. She used to work in a farm!

Cesar/Pops: Cesar is Suni's grandpa, and Skyler's dad. He was born in Spain and he is a muggle. He seems to be grumpy since he always has a serious face and is hard to make him laugh, but he actually isn't. He enjoys taking everything slow and appreciates the moment, he is also an artist so he taught Skyler when he was young since he was interested in it. Cesar worked for a long time as a watchmaker.

Eugenia/Nana: Eugenia is Suni's grandma, and Avery's mom. She was born in Spain and she is a muggle. She comes from a wealthy family, she spends most of the time travelling around the world. Depsite her sophisticated appearance, Eugenia is the total contrary, being an adventurous, loud and curious woman. She has a lot of hobbies since she has tried to do almost anything, and she has a lot of stories around the world to tell everyone. She sometimes took Suni to some of the travels she has done and she didn't visit the family really often, but she never missed important days such as Christmas, a birthday, etc.

Esteban/Baba: Esteban is Suni's grandpa, and Avery's dad. He was born in Spain and he is a muggle. He also comes from a wealthy family. He looks like someone intimidating, but he is the opposite, he's quite shy but he's really kind and considerate, he gets embarrassed and flustered easily. Since he has accompanied his wife in almost all of her travels, he shares a lot of hobbies with her. However, something that Eugenia would never understand is how he actually enjoys cleaning.

Mateo/Grampy: Mateo is Suni's grandpa, and Luna's dad. He was born in Spain and he is a muggle. Unfortunately, his wife passed away before Suni was born, but despite that, he is still really positive and cheerful. He is really calm and understanding, and he likes to tease Suni from time to time when he visits, which is quite often. He used to work in a bakery and he now knows how to do delicious treats.
