"Hey everyone! Welcome to the first meeting of the Outcasts,"Lucia said "I'm so glad everyone came. For this meeting I want everyone to introduce themselves." She then proceeded to introduce herself "I'm Lucia Silver a first year Ravenclaw but you can call me luc,"She said. She now had started people began to go around saying their name, year, house, and nickname if they had one. She enjoyed listening to them. She though while it was happening went off to get cupcakes she had made for the club. She stopped tem from the introductions and said "Who wants Cupcakes!"

People raised their hands and she proceeded to hand out the unicorn cupcakes. She enjoyed baking but not quite as much as being an outcast....and music.

Melissa looked around to make sure nobody else was about to introduce themselves before speaking. She wasnΒ΄t very sure what to think about all of this, she was still trying to comprehend the concept of magic.
"Um, hey! IΒ΄m Melissa Reyes... first year... Hufflepuff," She fiddled with her hair, unsure as to what to say next "IΒ΄m no good at fashion, so please donΒ΄t come to me for that."
Melissa fell silent at that, then stole a look at the cupcakes. They looked so delicious! Should she stand up and just grab one? Or was she supposed to say it out loud. Even in her head saying I want a cupcake! sounded more than a little arrogant.
Her stomach rumbled at her indecision.
"Stupid belly," She whispered to herself "I know you want one, but can you let me think?"
Melissa stood up and walked to the Ravenclaw who was holding the tray of cupcakes. Her hands were sweating a little and she wouldnΒ΄t deny she was quite nervous.
"Hey, those cupcakes look nice..." She swallowed with force "I was wondering, if I could... you know... erm, you know, grab one?" Her voice turned uncertain at the end.
Great start! If you wanted to be the most awkward person ever!

Outcast Club
Hengist didn't like taking time away from reading and learning, but he was not at all feeling comfortable at Hogwarts yet. He was surprised by this feeling, never having access to a library as large before, but he also was not used to such a crowded place. He was resolved to TRY to make friends, figuring the lack of friends in the crowded castle was the cause of his wistfulness, but he was very aware of his lack of social tact. He suddenly remembered the note that fellow Ravenclaw Lucia Silver gave him about an Outcast Club, which luckily met later today, after he embarrassed himself in-front of her. While he was still embarrassed about the encounter, at least he'd spoken with Lucia, and a club of outcasts like himself seemed like perfect place to find someone to relate to. After mulling the idea around in his head, he decided to suck it up and go.
When he showed up to the club, he noticed some other students. There was Lucia, obviously. He also noticed a Hufflepuff girl he didn't know, as well as a few others. The Hufflepuff girl introduced herself as Melissa Reyes, a first year like himself. She also mentioned about not being good at fashion and to not approach her on the subject, which would be easy for Hengist to respect because he was the same. Melissa then stood up to get a cupcake from Lucia, who had apparently made them herself specifically for the club. Hengist decided not to have a cupcake, remembering that first disastrous meeting with Lucia. Hengist decided to speak up at this point, there being a lull in the introductions.
"I'm Hengist Warbeck. Ravenclaw. First year. No nickname. And I think I'll pass on the cupcakes." He then stayed quiet, waiting for the others to introduce themselves.

Lucia smiled happy to see he had shown up. She walked over and sat the cupcake tray at a small table in the room they were given for the club. She then put a couple of chairs around the table. five to be precise. She then stopped the talking to speak "If everyone could listen!" She said, "I'd like you all to come over to the table. With your chair except for four of you. so once all of the chairs at the table are filled be sure to bring a chair over to the table." she then grabbed a clip board and a pen before sitting down at the table. She had a list of names of the members of the club. She checked off the names on the list she had heard. which was Melissa Reyes and Hengist Warbeck. She then flipped to a mostly blank page that had Activity Ideas written on the top. She wanted everyone to come over so they could make plans. She took a cupcake from the tray for herself while she thought of some ideas while waiting for everyone to come to the table. She knew that once everyone was at the table it would be easier to speak to everyone.

Outcast Club
Vivienne peeked shyly into the room for the Outcast club, realizing she was late. She had been given a flyer for the club earlier after the head of the club had seen her being bullied by a couple of Gryffindors. The girl, Lucia, had stood up for Vivienne and afterwards told her there was a club for people who didn't fit in. As Vivienne's only friend at the moment was her older sister, a fifth year named Rebecca, she hastily accepted. She hoped it would help her make friends and start to enjoy herself a little bit more. When she got to the club, everyone was already sitting and chatting, discussing activities. She hesitated for a moment, wondering if she should come in, and then decided that she might as well introduce herself and at least see what it was like. Besides, there were cupcakes. Unicorn cupcakes. Vivienne knocked quietly on the door and then entered, waving a little. "Hello. Sorry I'm late, I had to pick up some books at the library," she said, nodding at a teetering pile of books in her arms. "I'm Vivienne Rose, first year Hufflepuff. You can call me Vivienne or Vi." She stood awkardly by the table, not sure if she should sit down.

Raising his hand in excitement for a cupcake he says, "Oh my lord I love them cupcakes they have unicorns on them! That is my favorite magical creature.." His voice trails off for a second feeling as if he had gotten too excited about them and he clears his throat. "Sorry, hello my name is Kevin Grandsmith, Kev works too though. I am a first year Ravenclaw who is happy to see there is a club for the people who do not feel as if they belong in other clubs like me." He smiles and looks around the group then takes a cupcake from Luc. "Thank you miss, it is very kind of you to start this meeting off with a sweet beginning!" Kevin then unwraps it, inspects the cupcake again smiling at its appearance and then taking a bite out of it. "I am very excited to learn about all of you and hope that we can become good friends with a strong club. Will we be doing any activities during our meetings? Maybe gobstones or a few duels and study sessions seeing as we are all first years still and need to take the same classes. Anyways the cupcakes are really good."

Lucia looked up seeing Vivi she smiled and said to her "You can sit down there's plenty of room. it doesn't matter if your late." She then crossed off those two names and flipped to the Activity Ideas page of her clip board. "Alright everybody! I see that Kevin already had some ideas so I wrote them down. If anyone has ideas for activities we can do please raise your hand," Lucia said to the table. She had to get as many ideas as she could during this meeting so she could plan for the next one. She already knew one thing that could happen. She needed more though. So she began to take suggestions down on the page. She soon enough had to flip to the next page. so many ideas which ones to use?. Lucia then tired of writing spoke up again. "If everyone could listen!"she called out,"if any of you still have ideas i'm leaving a paper and pencil on the table and you can write it down yourself." She then placed an paper that had Activity ideas written at the top. It was empty and she left a pencil next to it. She then went and grabbed another tray. She had to be careful with this one. It was full of glasses of fruit punch. She was holding the tray with one hand and a pitcher in the other in case someone wanted a refill.

Hengist noticed the other two students that walked in. First was a Hufflepuff who called herself Vivienne Rose. The next, another Ravenclaw like himself and Lucia, going by the name Kevin Grandsmith.
While Vivienne looked quiet and reserved, like himself, Hengist wondered what someone like Kevin was doing here. He seemed giddy and wouldn't stop talking.
Exactly like someone who Hengist thought would have few problems making friends. Exactly the opposite of what he pictured as an outcast. Hengist wondered if any of them knew the pain of an actual outcast.
Slightly embarrassed by his internal judgement of Kevin, and the others, he stayed quiet. Lucia then spoke up, asking people to write down activity ideas as she put a piece of paper and a pencil on the table, then she brought over a tray with glasses full of some kind of red drink. Probably juice or punch of some kind. Even though he was still embarrassed by his table manners during his first meeting with Lucia, he felt it might have been rude to refuse the cupcakes. So when Lucia put down the tray of drinks, Hengist took one; after all, he was a bit thirsty.
But the paper with the plea of activity ideas confused him. He thought this would've already been figured out. Then again, Hengist had never once been part of a club during his whole life, so who was he to argue about how it should be run. Kevin spouted off a bunch of ideas like a fire hose. Gobstones, practice duels, study sessions. While he had no interest at all in Gobstones, Hengist thought the other two were actually not bad ideas. However, he didn't really have any hobbies. Well, apart from learning and reading, the only other real hobby he had was swimming, but the great lake of Hogwarts was dangerous to swim in, so that was out of the question. That left the only other viable choice: reading. He took the paper and pencil and wrote down "Book Suggestions", sat back down and sipped his punch, waiting to see what the other students there would come up with, or if any others showed up.
