For you, the owner of this violent owl
Hello.
I am unsure what this owl wants me to do. Here I sat, peacefully, reading a book, then all of a sudden an owl decides to attack me? Okay, maybe it didn’t attack me but it did bite me. It is just standing right in front of me staring intensely. It is quite uncomfortable. I tried shooing it away but then it bites be. I don’t even know if it will let me send you(the owner I hope) this letter. If it has a owner. Oh no! Maybe it will carry the letter for eternal time? Sorry for this dumb letter, i just think the owl wants me to write something. It immediately calmed down when I started to write. So, owner of this owl, excuse me for this non-important letter. Please if you are going to answer, don’t use this owl, I don’t think I will survive it.

I hope this letter gets delivered to you. I just wrote it because it dropped this letter off for me this morning in the Great Hall. It's not my owl, but I am still sorry that it bit you! Did you send this owl off to someone in particular or did it just randomly find me? I guess it is all for the best that the owl isn't carrying the letter for all time! What year are you? I just arrived here yesterday and I don't think I will ever be able to find my way around!

I hope the owl didn't hurt you! I didn't send it to someone particular, no. I hoped it would find its owner but I am happy at least someone took off the letter. Since the owl is not yours and not mine eighter, I am guessing it is without an owner. I'm a first year too! I have already learned where everything is so if you ever need help with finding some classes or anything, don't be afraid to ask me!
The owl is at the moment resting on my knee. She has, to my surprise, not hurt me at all. Maybe she is tired from all the flying? It is kind of weird just calling her 'The owl'. Since she probably is without an owner, should we name her?
The bite is almost healed! Have a great year yourself:)
