The Keeper of the Dynasty shall henceforth be a member of the Imperial Family no closer related to the reigning Emperor than the second degree of kinship, and no further removed than the fourth degree of kinship. They, along with their spouses and descendants, regardless of their degree of kinship to the Emperor, shall be removed from the line of succession.

Through is father's side, Dario Azhadar is the great-grandson of an Emperor and the first cousin once removed to an Empresss. He was born a member of the Imperial Family of the Azhadara, third child to a second child of a second child of an Emperor, too far removed to ever matter in the succession, too far down the line for his descendants to remain members of the Imperial household, should he have chosen to father children. He'd been an ideal candidate for a Keeper of the Dynasty.
