History/Background Story:

Karley was born in Los Angeles, United States. She lived there with her French Nurse, Elize, while her parents were busy traveling for business. Her parents are Martha and Louis Rakke, both wizards, her mother a Pure-blood Ravenclaw and her father a Muggle-Born Gryffindor. She has a younger sister name Stella who's eight years old. Although Karley's parents equally dealt with Muggle and Wizard related things, Karley was more into the Muggle world and she spent a lot of time with them. She even thought of herself as one, possibly born a Squib, which she told her parents, but they knew that this wasn't true. She never wanted to go to Hogwarts, but her parents made a deal with her that they would give her a large sum of money if she did, making this deal when she was ten. She had always secretly been fascinated by magic and she knows a lot of spells and how to say them, but she doesn't like they was wizards, primarily Pure-Bloods, treat Muggle and Muggle-Born, one of the main reasons why she doesn't want to go the Hogwarts.
