Hey you! you lost?
Nick was walking in the halls very happy if he would say so himself! He was happy with how summer went, and happy to be going into his second year of the American school of Ilvermorny. He did miss his family, but for now that wasn't important. He was here and they were in Florida. Speaking of here He spotted someone who he was positive that didn't know were here was.
The thunderbird made his way to them humming state of my head by shinedown. Were hen he got close enough to her he would speek semi loudly so the he could make sure she would hear him. "Hey you! Are you lost? it kinda looks like it" he laughed. And held his hand out. "I'm Nick, Nick Iris. Second year student of the thunderbird house. And Ilvermorny broom racer" he paused a moment. Then he looked at the girl again and spoke asking her a few questions. "So what's your name? You are a first year right?"
It had just hit him that he was talking quite a bit. So he stopped and gave her a moment to speek. He smiled at her. A semi way of saying sorry for all of his talking.

He knew the girl was lost! haha, score!! "It can be a lot, But you will eventuly get the hang of it. We all do! even if it takes a year" He laughed a bit at his small, kinda unfunny joke before he added on; "I like your name Ameila! horned serpent is a good house, not as good as thunder bird but its up there! all jokes aside how are you likeing it here so far?" He asked Ameila.
Nick then got asked a question he was never expting. From anyone. Let alone the girl he just meet. He was asked to the fall ball. "uh-" he wonederd if he should say yes. Amelia did add as friends, so not romantic, witch is good. As then he would have to kindly say no. but as friends, That could work, he wasit going alone, And he would have a friend! "You know what! yeah! lets do this!! Ameila I will go to the ball with you, as your friend!" He smiled at her.
He did think the question was out of the blue still, As they barley knew anything about echouther. Aside from name year and house. But it could work! it realy could be loads of fun! probley... He hoped.
