A Letter Home
It had been long since Sirin had interacted with her father. So, she made her way to the owlery and decided to write to him, to tell him about her experience at Hogwarts. She hoped that he wasn't worrying too much, and that she could release her worries and talk to him again.
Dear father,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. It has been long since I've spoken to you, and I want to speak with you again, even if it's through a thin piece of parchment. My Hogwarts adventure is going well, I've already met many friendly people and everyone is welcoming and warm. The chocolate frogs are as sweet as ever and I enjoy reading all sorts of strange and new literature. Homework is heavy, but manageable. Classes are in season and exciting--all the professors here are very approachable. I miss you dearly, and I wonder when I will feel your warm embrace again. One day, we will reunite.
