Small Frogs in a Big Hall
It was a chilly evening, so Zoe was glad to see her favorite sweet and sour soup, in bowls on the table. After a long day of classes and homework, she was excited to get dinner at the Great Hall and then fall asleep as soon as she hit her pillow. Walking into the Great Hall, she stopped to wonder at the amazing feat of architecture the room was. The four long tables lined up, the arches, the candles lighting up the room, not to mention the ghosts who were floating about, chattering with the students. She sat down at the Gryffindor table, as usual, not really engaging in conversation. She sipped on her warm soup, deep in thought.
After a while, she finishes her food, and gets ready to leave to the dorms when Zoe hears a shriek. She whipped around to see a Hufflepuff boy standing on the Hufflepuff table, pointing down at the floor. Zoe looked down at where he was pointing, and was astonished to see a little green frog hopping about. Chaos breaks loose as students and staff alike start panicking, though some students were adding to the pandemonium by throwing food around. Zoe hears Professor Takagi announce that a tank full of frogs have gotten out in the hall, and students are encouraged to help out and try to catch as many as possible. The majority of people leave immediately, not wanting to touch the slimy creatures, but Zoe with a group of other like minded people decided to try their best to help out.
Figuring it couldn't be that hard to catch one measly frog, Zoe got to work without a doubt she could do it. With a lot of people gone, the hall is mostly empty so it was easier to locate the frogs. But, as it turns out, finding the frogs was the easy part. Catching them was the tricky part. Running around like a crazy person, lunging at frogs and cursing, the people who decided to help out, were losing their minds. There must be a better way to do this, Zoe thought. She looked around to find something to capture the frogs temporarily, but the only thing she could find was the empty soup bowls. They would have to do for now. The plan was simple, capture the frogs with the upside down bowls, and bring them safely to Professor Takagi. The execution however, did not go perfectly. In fact, it went terribly, since the frogs were way too fast to trap in the bowls. Zoe threw her bowl in frustration, and cursed. These frogs would be the death of her, but she couldn't give up now.
In her state of despair, Zoe noticed one of the frogs were a lot slower than the others, and seemed to have injured it's left leg. Then, brilliance struck Zoe, and she grabbed a cloth napkin and threw it onto the slow frog. It got thoroughly confused, it's sight being hindered. She grabbed the frog, wrapping it in the napkin, and made her way over to the professor standing next to a tank of about six frogs. She struggled not to drop the frog, which was difficult as the frog kept jumping and moving, trying to break free. Unfortunately for the frog, Zoe was holding it with a solid grip, not too hard as not wanting to injure the frog, but tight enough to not let it slip free.
"Professor Takagi? I caught one, here." She said, handing the wrapped frog to her professor. The professor swiftly put the frog into the tank, and closed it. Zoe was handed two chocolate frogs, and was given two points to Gryffindor.

Small Frogs in a Big Hall
As Opal finishes eating a delicious supper consisting of steak and mashed potatoes she notices a small green blob. Unfortunately she can't get up to go investigate so she decided to stay after everybody leaves. As all the Hogwarts students file out of the Great Hall Opal decided to drink some pumpkin juice. When the last first year leaves Opal gets up and walks over to the end of the Slytherin House table. It's a frog! The frog startles Opal causing a small shriek to come out of her. She gets over the shock of seeing a frog and leans down to get a better look at it. The little guy is a dark green with black glassy eyes. He is smaller than her palm but is still adorable!
Opal reaches out to grab the frog but it leaps away! She is about to walk away but then she remembers what Tala said. She asked any students who find frogs to bring them to her as soon as possible. Opal really wants to help Tala so she scans the room for the little guy. He is hard to spot since he is so small but Opal finally spots him on the Gryfindor house table. She slowly creeps up on the sneaky little frog. She is right behind him and is about to grab him but he leaps away again!
Opal can't help loving the frog because he is sneaky and adorable. Scanning the great hall Opal starts to feel slightly frustrated. It is like finding a needle in the haystack, except instead of a haystack its the great hall and instead of a needle its the frog. Opal starts to feel weird calling the little frog just frog or it so she decided to name it. No sticky is a little to generic. Maybe slimy? No that is a little mean. The frog seems to be living his best life. No he seems happy! Opal decides to name the happy little frog Hoppy!
Opal scans the Great Hall again filled with anticipation. She must find this frog! She notices a lighter shade of green on the Slytherin banner. Wait a minute that is Hoppy! Opal starts to freak out because if the little frog falls he will break his fragile bones. Opal decides that there is only one way to help. Stack benches. She goes over to one of the Slytherin tables and grabs a bench. As she tries to lift the bench Opal realizes how heavy wooden furniture can be!
Opal pulls the bench as hard as she can and it starts moving. "This is going to be a long night" Opal thinks. She attempts to pull the bench again and she starts to break out in a sweat. All of a sudden Hoppy jumps off of the Slytherin banner! Opal lets out a loud shriek and is filled with terror. She runs around trying to find where she can catch him. Hoppy then lands safley on Opals head.
"Silly little frog" Opal chuckles. As she goes to grab the little frog he hops away again! Opal groans and starts to look again. Hoppy is resting on te Hufflepuff house table. Opal runs up to him, weaving in between the tables and benches. As she reaches Hoppy Opal notices that Hoppy is asleep! She lets out a laugh and gently picks up the sleepy little frog. She walks slowly up to the Head Table so she won't wake up the little guy. She nears the tank and starts to feel sad. Opal has grown attached to Hoppy and doesn't want to let him go. She drops him in the tank and walks away.
