Summer Duelling Funtime Extravaganza, Match: 4
FlipFlipFlipFlip!House Colours: HufflepuffAdmittedly, this next spell came with trepidation, as the boy wasn't fond of using this blatant force of a spell against others, though for the good of the team, and for the good of his partner, Piérre would oblige.
"This one'll send you head over heels for sure! Flipendo!"
The spell came off easily, almost jerking his arm back in the process of casting, and with ease the last Ravenclaw was knocked off balance just in time for another strike from his partner to bring her to her knees. Miraculously, though, she was still standing, and for that, Piérre had to give her immense credit.
The endgame was upon them. All that was left was to keep playing strategically and with a keen mind, and ensure that a victory would become theirs.Doing as Strategized

Bea really wasn't loving the entire situation now. Knockback after knockback seemed to come her way, and Bea almost went to knees with the spells. Wishing for Callie at this exact moment, she gritted her teeth. How were both teams still standing?? That was her question. Surely someone else during this godforsaken match had become an easier target until now? But alas, here she was, youngest duelist, target on her back. Raising her wand for the next round, Bea hoped it wouldn't be for the last time.

She and Pierre sent twin jets of blue towards the last Ravenclaw standing, one after another. She did appear to be barely clinging on; somehow, she was still standing. Meanwhile, Rhys had sent another healing spell his partner’s way, who seemed to haven’t done anything. Everly chewed her lip nervously. It wasn’t over yet.action: as strategized

This time around, everybody just seemed to despise Felix.
Everly, Pierre, and Beatrice all took aim at the poor boy with three different instances of Flipendo. Unfortunately for him, at least two of the three attacks landed on his already-injured body (with Everly's spell fizzling out very close to her own teammate).
Staggering under the plethora of offensive spells, Felix was quickly succumbing to unconsciousness. But just before finally embracing the comfort of darkness, he could see his teammate, Dylan, desperately trying to avenge him with an Incendio Duo. With one final burst of courage from this sight, he was able to let out one final Knockback Jinx at one of his attackers and managed to bring Beatrice down with him.
And then he was out for the count.
"Ravenclaw is down! And the visiting team loses one of its duelists. Medics!" The moderator called as he watched both students crumple toward the ground.
Good thing Felix went out as he did, just enough time to not see the last thing Dylan did that inspired him just miss its mark.

Damn his partner went down. Dylan wished he had not thrown the Incendio Duo spell and helped heal his partner, maybe then they would have been able to fight together. But on the plus side he still has his strength. He was not going to let the fact that he was all alone against three opponents change that fact.

Everly’s Flipendo, aimed at Kolbeck, managed to veer off path and instead headed towards her partner. “Watch out!” He evaded her spell easily, though, and she finally let herself take a breath. Kolbeck, on the other hand, would be striken down by Langstreth just as she was, the two sending streaks of blue at each other. In a bright show of lights, they went down together rather dramatically. All that was left was the singular boy on the foreign team.action: as strategized

@Everly Charlton & Felix Kolbeck
@Winnie HarperHouse Colours: HufflepuffReadjusting his aim again, Piérre breathed in slowly and lightly hissed out his breath as he aimed the tip of his leafy yew wand. He smiled softly. "Surely you must be flipping for joy as well! Flipendo!"
Just as before, a harsh jerk caused by the spell's force of cast his hand upwards ever so slightly, but not before the arcing blue force had been sent on its proper trajectory. Judging by the boy's movements prior to this attack, there would have been no way for him to avoid the strike even if he had given it his all, and it appeared to Piérre that the boy had done just that. When combined with an attack by the remaining Ravenclaw, the boy went down like a sack of potatoes, but not before releasing his own flawless aim of a knockback jinx towards the girl, taking her out just as soon as he collapsed.
But the show wasn't quite over yet, and with a small cry of warning from his partner, Piérre turned towards her with a small look of confusion on his face, "Huh- JEEZ!" With a smooth, yet sudden, jerk of a "matrix" backbend, another burst of blue energy whistled just where Piérre's head would have normally been. Eyes wide and cheeks paled just a bit as his entire life had flashed before his eyes (the boy reflected on just how much of his time was spent on just physically walking around in circles out of sheer boredom), the kid brought himself back to a full stand without using his hands.
The kid sniffed once as the duel was paused long enough to take the unconscious duelists off the field. He nodded slowly at first and then a little bit faster. Despite himself, a stupid smile formed across his features. "Yeah.... Yeah! That was cool! Thanks for keeping me on my toes, Everly!"
Then there were three. "One two, one two, yeah? Make everything count." The kid nodded to his partner as he resettled into his bouncy, light on his feet, yet stable stance.Doing as Strategized

After both Felix and Beatrice were taken off of the dueling arena, Dylan Rhys was now up against two people aiming to take him down.
Though Dylan was able to let out a clear Flipendo with the intent of hitting Pierre, the Gryffindor was too quick with his own Expelliarmus. Both spells seemed to clash in mid-air, resulting in a mix of results. Dylan's own Knockback Jinx rebounded to the side, while Pierre's dead-on spell change course by a millimeter at the last second, only being able to suspend the foreign student's wand in mid-air—just out of reach.
It seemed this round was a round of mishaps as Everly's attack also missed its mark.
Dylan was proving to be a slippery opponent for the two lions to take down easily.

Oh no! First his partner was knocked out and now he had been disarmed. Can this day get any worse? But he was still keeping a positive look out as he wanted to win or well at least come close to winning this match. He wanted people to be proud of him. His house mates, his parents and friends. He was going to see how he was going to be the only one standing. Right now he was facing two opponents.

Summer Duelling Funtime Extravaganza, Match: 4
NoneHouse Colours: HufflepuffThe next move had been obvious, really. Prevent the potential threat from casting a potentially harming spell at them. "I'm running out of puns over here, but I think that my sudden use of one may disarm you! Expelliarmus!"
This time, the boy almost felt his wand rattle out of his fingers, as if the spell was going to try and disarm him at the same time. Fortunately, though, that didn't happen, and instead the spell ended up glancing against the other kid with a very, VERY lucky almost-dodge. Maybe Piérre's eye had been caught by the way the kid moved, or the sight of something sparkly in the grass. Admittedly, those were the times that having a keen eye really sucked; getting distracted by everything at a moment's notice when there's really nothing there.
As a result, while the kid was disarmed, the wand was in ready sightline; it would just require a bit to retrieve it.
Still, time was time, and the boy didn't complain. With a deep breath, the boy lined up his next aim.Doing as Strategized
